The lasagna was rich, cheesy, truly a standout dish. The mashed potatoes were velvety smooth and packed with the perfect balance of butter and seasoning. Chef Charlotte was wonderful! She cooked a very family friendly meal and everybody enjoyed it. Took the stress off the adults for the evening. Plenty of food. Cleanup was awesome. Definitely would do it again.

We had a lovely experience with Chef Charlotte all the way around. She cooked 2 nights for our group over the weekend & both were equally delicious & well priced. She possesses the perfect calm easy & going energy that you want when someone is in your home. We very much look forward to having her again!

Charlotte was FANTASTIC. We hosted a 13-person happy hour at our rental to kick off a group trip and just wanted to have some appetizers. Atop that, she did all of our grocery and alcohol shopping for the trip. Charlotte was in constant communication, showed up right on time, unpacked all the groceries, set up the table for happy hour, and the food was FANTASTIC. I highly recommend Charlotte for whatever it is you are looking to do.

For my husband's birthday, I had Charlotte cater with her Raclette Night and it was perfect! Raclette is such a great and interactive way to enjoy the best meats and cheeses. Some of our friends had had raclette this way before and some hadn't, so it was a really fun experience. Charlotte was so easy and helpful to work with, and super flexible when we had to change the date. I definitely recommend her services!

I hired Charlotte to cater a private dinner and was SO pleased with her service!! :) Charlotte was super communicative, accommodating, and so easy to work with. She was gracious in helping us fine-tune our custom menu and make suggestions on areas we weren't sure about. She also was able to accommodate a quick turnaround over a Holiday weekend and everything went SO smooth! Her service was wonderful and I would absolutely work with Charlotte and her team again!

Excellent experience. Fleur de Sel was incredible to work with. Charlotte, the owner was kind, responsive, accommodating, adaptable, creative- not to mention a fantastic chef! We wanted food that could be eaten without plates, she did a fantastic array of finger food that looked spectacular. We ended up with the perfect amount of food, we did not run out during the party, and we only had a little bit of leftovers to enjoy for a day. This was an excellent experience, we will definitely use her again.

My sister-in-law hire Fleur de Sel to cater our baby shower. Everything was wonderful! She was even very helpful in giving suggestions on our other food items not from her. Highly recommended

I hired Charlotte to cook for a memorial service for 35 guests. The food was delicious. I requested that the dinner be served buffet style. Temperature and freshness was perfect. The cost was reasonable
