At-Home Brunch or Dinner Party with Premier Private Chefs

What you’ll do:

Leave it to us to make your Scottsdale morning or evening in as relaxing and convenient as possible! The Placemat Team will be busy whipping up your personalized meal in your vacay rental kitchen, so you can spend more time sipping on cocktails with your guests! From appetizers through dessert, nothing is off the table when you invite Placemat to the party.

Choose from 5 menus:

• Tennessee Tex Mex: Guac, Queso, Tortilla Chips, Two types of Tacos w/ the fixins (1 Veg, 1 Protein), Sweet Pepper and Bean Salad, Kale and Corn + Cabbage Salad, Seasonal Cake with Berries and Cream

• Tennessee Hot Chicken: Crispy Chicken with Nashville Hot Glaze, Pickles, Smashed Potato Salad with Mustard, Corn Cake with Sweet Butter, Cabbage Slaw, Local Greens Salad with DF Ranch, Seasonal Cake with Berries and Cream

• Pasta Party: Lemon-Herb Grilled Steak, Tomato Penne Pasta Bake with DF Mozzarella, Kale Caesar, Whipped Feta with Crudite and Olives, Roasted Seasonal Veg with Chimichurri, Seasonal Cake with Berries and Cream.

• Vegetarian Feast: Whipped Feta with Crudite, Kale Caesar, Fingerling Potatoes with Herb Salsa Verde, Lemony Broccoli, Cauliflower Steaks, Marinated Portobello Mushrooms, Seasonal Cake with Berries and Cream

• Brunch: Cinnamon Waffles with Fruit, Bacon, 1 Seasonal Vegetable Frittata, Chorizo Potato Hash, Seasonal Salad and Fruit and Granola.

Additional Information:

• Availability 10AM - 730PM (Last Reservation is 7:30PM to ensure our team is out by 9 PM (Placemat policy)

• Only 1 menu per reservation

• The Placemat Team will arrive 90 minutes prior to the booking start time and leave 90 minutes after the food is prepared.  Preparation, serving, and clean-up all within 3 hours.

• Gratuity is not included.

• All allergies and dietary preferences will be accommodated per reservation request.

• Meals are prepared at your home rental or accommodations.

• Please note: for any menu or party size changes made within 10 days of your booking, you will be subject to a Change Fee of $150
