How long does our meal experience last?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the type of meal (breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner) and the number of courses, the experience generally lasts 3-4 hours.

Question 2

Is there a deposit or contract?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and your deposit is your contract. For events up to 12 people, a $200 deposit is required to complete your booking. For larger groups, a deposit is established based on the number in your party. Chef Darrell will email you with deposit details prior to booking.

Do you accommodate for food allergies and/or special diets?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Since all of our menus are uniquely designed between you and Chef Darrell, we can accommodate food allergies and special diets.

Question 4

What are the available styles of service?

Accepted Answer

When planning with Chef Darrell, he'll provide details about the service styles based on your needs and budget. Our three styles of service include buffet, family style and plated.

Question 5

Do we need to do anything to prepare for the chef and his staff?

Accepted Answer

We appreciate cleared countertops, an empty dishwasher with no dishes in the sink and a shelf in the fridge, if possible.

Question 6

When does the chef and his team arrive on the day of the event? Do we have to be available when he arrives?

Accepted Answer

Chef Darrell and crew will typically arrive 1.5-2 hours prior to the first course being served. You do not have to be there when they arrive, but you will need to provide access via a door code, open side door, etc.

What is your cancellation policy?

Two weeks or more prior to event: loss of deposit
