Not much! Whether it’s your living room, backyard, office, or rental space, we’ll work with what you have. We bring everything needed to create a peaceful, relaxing environment—no special setup required.
Can I customize the experience for my group or event?
Yes! All sessions are fully customizable. You can choose sound bath only, yoga, meditation, or a blend of everything. We’ll work with you to create an experience that fits your group’s energy and occasion.
How many people can participate in a group session?
Group sessions can be as intimate or expansive as you'd like. I work with small groups starting at 2–4 people, all the way up to gatherings of 31+. Whether it’s a cozy birthday, a bachelorette crew, or a large team event, I’ll tailor the experience to your group size and space.
How long is a typical session?
Most sessions are 60–75 minutes, but we’re flexible. Whether you want a quick midday reset or a longer immersive experience, we’ll tailor the timing to your needs and schedule.
What should I bring?
We want you to feel as relaxed and supported as possible. Here’s what we recommend bringing based on your chosen experience: For sound bath sessions, bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, along with a blanket and pillow for extra coziness. An eye mask or small towel can help you drop in even deeper, though it’s totally optional. Don’t forget a water bottle, and dress in comfortable, layered clothing — you may cool down as you relax. For yoga sessions, you’ll need a yoga mat and may want to bring blocks or other props if you like using them (totally optional). A towel is great if you tend to sweat or want extra support, and a water bottle is always a good idea. Wear comfy, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely and feel at ease. If you’d like to rent or borrow any items, I’m happy to help — just let me know in advance so I can make sure you feel fully supported.

Absolutely. All experiences are designed to be accessible and welcoming, whether you’re new to sound baths, yoga, or meditation—or returning to your practice. Everything can be tailored to your comfort level.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekends or group events. Last-minute bookings are welcome when possible—just reach out and I’ll do my best to accommodate!
