Custom Candle-Making at The Weathered Wick

What you'll do:

First, you’ll choose your preferred size, color, and type of candle vessel or diffuser bottle. Then, dive into our collection of 50 carefully curated scent options. As you explore the fragrances, you’ll select your favorites, which will be blended into a scent combination that’s uniquely yours. Next, our team will guide you through the candle assembly process, working individually with each person in your group to create custom fragrance blends. With expert help, you’ll measure the fragrance oils, mix them with wax, and craft your one-of-a-kind candle.

Finally, your candle will need time to set and cool. It takes about three hours to fully cure and solidify, so we encourage you to explore the many local spots nearby while you wait for your masterpiece to be ready for pickup.

Additional information:

If you don’t have a ton of time, our diffusers require no cure time and can be taken out the door right away. If you want to take your candles home on the same day, we kindly ask that you arrive to pour your candles at least four hours before we close. If not, please return during our next business day for pickup. We will also hold your candle for 2 weeks after your appointment and will give you a courteous reminder email. All candles can be traveled with. We will package each candle in a box, but we recommend packing the candle in a carry-on bag and to wrap it in soft clothing so that it is cushioned during travel. If you cannot pick up your candle before you travel, we can ship them to you for an additional cost.
