Frequently Asked Questions
What can we make during the glass blowing session?
You’ll work with molten glass to create a unique item such as a cup, ornament, or sculpted flower. The type of piece may vary based on your group size and session length—but each guest will leave with a handmade creation.
Do we get to take our pieces home the same day?
No. Glass items must cool slowly in a kiln (a process called annealing) to ensure durability. Pieces are typically ready for pickup within 1–3 days. Shipping options are available if you're visiting from out of town.
Is prior glass blowing experience required?
Not at all! All sessions are beginner-friendly. Our experienced instructor will guide you through the entire process step-by-step.
What should we wear?
Wear closed-toe shoes and avoid loose or flowing clothing. We recommend comfortable, breathable attire made from cotton — you’ll be working near heat.
Can we bring drinks or snacks?
Yes! Light refreshments are welcome, especially for private group bookings. Just let us know ahead of time so we can set up accordingly. We discourage the consumption of alcohol while working with fire ;-)
