How much does it cost?

Pricing varies depending on the size of your group, the menu, and service style. Most experiences start around $99–$200 per person, with a minimum spend of $600. We’re happy to provide a custom quote after learning more about your event.

Do you only serve dinner?

Nope! We offer brunch, hors d’oeuvres parties, cocktail-style gatherings, and full dinners. Whether it’s a mimosa-filled morning or an elegant multi-course evening, we’ve got you covered.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend at least 3-4 weeks notice for the best chance of securing your date and time. We have a large team of chefs, but our calendar also fills up very quickly.

How does payment work?

We collect a deposit at the time of booking in the amount of 30% and then charge the remining balance during the week before your event to the same card.

Is Gratuity expected?

It's actually included in the price so we don't have to worry at all about any transactions while on site.

Are the chefs vetted or are they random like on other platforms?

We are a small business and we are local to Nashville. Tyler, the owner is our executive chef and has carefully chosen a small handful of other chefs and servers to provide the service. Being so small allows us to really focus on your particular event and making it special.

We have dietary restrictions and allergies...can you elaborate on your process for that?

Yes! We regularly accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and allergy-sensitive guests. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. We are all thoroughly trained in safety when it comes to allergies and cross contamination and we take these things VERY seriously.

What you'll do:

Whether you’re hosting a dinner party, brunch, or a cocktail-style gathering, we craft unforgettable in-home dining experiences tailored to your group. We offer curated menus or fully custom options, depending on what fits your vibe best.

On the day of your event, your chef will arrive at your home or rental about 60 minutes before your scheduled start time, bringing everything needed in coolers. Thanks to our commercial kitchen, we prep many components (like sauces and chopped vegetables) in advance, allowing for a smooth and efficient setup on site.

We’ll serve your meal in the style you choose — plated, family-style, buffet, or passed — and finish the experience with a detailed kitchen cleanup. Any leftovers will be neatly packed and left in your fridge.

Tastify can do it all! Tyler worked with us to find the perfect plan for our son's first year birthday party. All the food was delicious and plentiful (we're still enjoying leftovers). The icing on the cake was the thoughtful set up / plating experience - such a smooth process. Grateful for the Tastify team!

Working with Tyler, Liz, and Tastify was such an easy breezy experience that lifted a lot of stress from our event! From choosing the menu items and scheduling, I couldn't have asked for a better time. We got Chef Tyler to come to our cabin for the last night of a bachelor party and he was such a great presence for our chill night. The food was INCREDIBLE and Tyler added some great personal touches to make the evening special. He seemed to really care about the service he was providing and the experience our group was getting. I can't recommend him enough! After an amazing meal they cleaned everything and left some delicious cookies and very sweet card. Thank you so much for making our evening special!
