• Class Duration: Each yoga session lasts approximately 60 minutes, with additional time to interact with the animals before and after class.
• What to Bring: Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga. Yoga mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
• Animal Interaction: All animals in our classes are adoptable from local rescues. You will have the opportunity to interact with them during and after the session.
• Support Local Rescues: A portion of the proceeds from each class is donated to local animal rescues to support their life-saving work.
