Cancellations: 72 hours in advance: 100% refund, 48 hours in advance: 75% refund, 24 hours or less: No refund (Credits may be applied toward a future booking, subject to vehicle availability and management approval.)

How do deposits and payments work?
A non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due prior to the day of pick-up. Non-payment may result in cancellation of service and forfeiture of the deposit.
