What is a Mobile Hat Bar?
The Vibe Party Pros Mobile Hat Bar is a luxury, hands-on experience where each guest designs and personalizes their own high-quality hat. We bring everything to your location — hats, patches, tools, and our team — and create a fun, creative setup where everyone makes something totally unique to them.
What types of events do you do?
We specialize in bachelorette parties, adult birthday celebrations, girls’ weekends, and private group events. Whether you’re hosting a pool party, Airbnb stay, or luxury event, we bring the setup, energy, and creativity to you.
How long does a typical setup take?
Setup and cleanup each take about 20–30 minutes. The hat-making experience itself usually lasts around 60–90 minutes, depending on your group size.

Every event includes: A full Mobile Hat Bar setup with professional equipment A selection of premium hats in multiple colors Hundreds of trendy, high-quality patches to choose from Our team to assist, heat-press, and personalize each hat on-site
How many guests can you accommodate?
We typically serve groups of 10–50+ guests, larger events can be arranged with advance notice.

How far do you travel?
We serve all of South Florida, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Aventura, Boca Raton, and surrounding areas.
Do you need power or a specific setup area?
We only need a standard power outlet and space for our table set up. Everything else is provided by us.
Can this be done indoors or outdoors?
Yes! The experience works beautifully both indoors and outdoors (weather permitting). We’ll tailor the setup to fit your space and aesthetic. If your event is outdoors we need to know if there is a power source, if not, we will need to bring a generator (there is an additional $40 fee for generators).
