The Zen Tubing Experience

1. Start Your Adventure We’ll shuttle you to the launch point upstream. Once equipped with a deluxe tube, you’re ready to embrace the river vibes and float back downstream at your own pace. The average float time with Zen Tubing is approximately 2 hours, though this may vary depending on river conditions such as water levels and wind. For a relaxed experience, we recommend planning for a leisurely float that may be a bit shorter or longer based on these natural elements.

2. Enjoy the River’s Beauty Drift along while soaking in the sun and natural surroundings. The French Broad River is a playground for relaxation and adventure.

3. Make a Splash Feel free to take a dip! Swim, splash, and enjoy the water as you go.

• BYOB-Friendly: Bring your own beverages and alcoholic drinks are allowed—just remember, no glass! We offer cooler carrier tubes for coolers up to 50 quarts.

• Convenient Amenities: Enjoy free parking and shuttle rides, making your experience easy and enjoyable.

Additional Information

• Age Requirements: At least one person in your group must be 18 years or older. Groups without an adult will not be permitted to float.

• Cooler Carrier Option: Bring your own cooler, and for just $20, add a cooler carrier at check-out or on-site.

• Trip Protection: For peace of mind, add trip protection at 10% of your booking cost to cancel for a full refund up until your float date. Without trip protection, cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance.

Weather Policy

• Rain or Shine: We operate rain or shine! If it rains during your trip, enjoy the unique experience of floating in the rain.

• Safety in Storms: In case of thunder or lightning, pull over to the riverbank and remain in your tube until it passes.

• Weather Updates: If severe weather requires us to close, we will contact you for refund or rescheduling and post updates on our social media channels. If you have "Trip Protection" you may cancel the day of for any reason and receive a full refund.
