Do you require a reservation or deposit?
Yes — to confirm your table and custom happening, we’ll hold your card on file. There’s no upfront deposit, but a no-show fee will apply if your group doesn’t arrive. Your spend will go entirely toward your bottle service the night of your reservation.
What is the minimum spend or bottle requirement?
For most groups, the minimum is one bottle per 6–8 guests. Larger groups may require more to ensure space and comfort. Bottle prices range from $2,500 to $7,900 MXN (approx. $130–$415 USD) or you can meet the minimum with an equivalent spend on signature cocktails or mixology.
What’s included in the LetsBatch experience?
Your night includes VIP table reservation, no cover, a custom happening of your choice (like the “El Novio” bottle delivery or marquee message), and a round of complimentary shots for your group.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Small items like sashes, balloons, or tiaras are welcome! We also provide themed props and sparkler service with your happening.
What time should we arrive?
We recommend arriving between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM. That’s when our reserved tables are held and the night starts heating up.
