Choose from a traditional English Tea Service complete with three-tier trays of sweet and savory bites, or elevate your gathering with our BYO Bubbles Mimosa Bar, where we provide fresh juices, garnishes, and a beautifully styled setup while you bring the champagne. We also offer happy hour three-tier trays featuring savory favorites for a more casual, lounge-style event. Our inviting space transforms into the perfect venue for any event you can dream up.   • Patio rental during closed store hours: $125/hour

  • Full space rental (store + patio) during open store hours: $400/hour

  • Full space rental (store + patio) during closed store hours: $250/hour

  • Activities and menu spreads carry additional fees that vary based on party size and selections

  • 2-hour minimum required for all bookings

  • $40 per person with a minimum of 4 guests if no space is being rented

  • Patio capacity is 32 guests and indoor capacity is 36.

What happens if the weather is bad for an outdoor event?

We’ll work closely with you in advance to create a weather backup plan and ensure your event still runs smoothly.

Can we bring our own decorations?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring decorations to personalize your event, and our team is happy to help you incorporate them into the space. The only limitation is that outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are not permitted due to cross contact safety. Other than that, feel free to decorate and make the space your own.
