How long does the picnic last?
Our standard experiences are 2 hours, but you can add additional time if you’d like to keep the celebration going longer for an additional cost. Must let us know at time of booking.
Where does the picnic take place?
Most of our setups are at 1st Ave South Beach in Naples, FL, but we can also travel to approved beach locations or private venues upon request.
Can we bring our own food or drinks?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own items, or we can arrange on-site catering, grazing boards, and beverage options for you.
What happens if it rains?
Weather decisions are always at the client’s discretion. We’re also happy to accommodate any alternative indoor space you provide.

How early should we book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance, especially for peak season weekends, to ensure your date is available.
How many guests can you accommodate?
We specialize in intimate group experiences for 6–20 guests, but we can accommodate up to 50 depending on your preferred setup.
Can we customize the color theme or décor?
Yes! We love customizing. Choose from one of our signature themes — like Boho Chic, Mamma Mia, or Glitz & Glam — or share your own inspiration, and we’ll make it happen.
What should we wear or bring?
Beach-chic attire is perfect! We provide everything else, but sunglasses, and a light layer for sunset are always a good idea.
Is setup time included in our booking?
Yes! We arrive before your scheduled start time to ensure everything is beautifully ready when you arrive. You only need to show up at your picnic start time.
