What you'll do:

  • Chef-prepared buffet: A professional chef handles the full spread so no one in your group has to think about food logistics during the event.

  • Live bonfire setup: The 2.5-hour bonfire is built, tended, and safely managed by a dedicated bonfire attendant from start to finish. (Non refundable)

Your guests get full service: a buffet attendant or self-serve option, disposable plates, cups, napkins, and flatware, a cooler with ice, a water and mocktail station, and s'mores with roasting sticks. Guests are welcome to bring and serve their own alcohol at the mocktail station.

Booking Process

Step 1: Submit Inquiry. The more info the better. If you have selected your menu please advise with guest count and child guest count for kids 3 - 12 years of age. $35 Per Child. (Minimum $1400 does not include food service or food cost, no food cost is charged for children) Step 2: Submit Deposit Step 3: Allow our Team time to process your deposit, submit permits, and confirm your event. Step 4: Once your event has been confirmed, we will then go over menu, address, and times. If any allergy’s are known now is the time to advise. Step 5: Make Final Payment and watch out for emails regarding your event! If you have questions we have a team ready & available to answer for you!
