How far in advanced do we need to book?

To ensure availability and allow time for custom design planning, it’s best to book at least 2–4 weeks in advance of your event date. For larger installations or luxury setups, we recommend booking 4–6 weeks ahead. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated depending on schedule and materials, but early reservations guarantee the best experience and design options.

What is your refund policy?

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve your event date. This deposit covers materials and planning time dedicated to your custom design. Cancellations made after the deposit is received are not eligible for a refund; however, the remaining balance (if paid) may be transferable to a future event if notice is given in advance.

Can we buy the materials and you just do the décor?

No, all materials must be provided and sourced by us to ensure the highest quality, consistency, and design standards. We use premium balloons, florals, and installation materials that meet our professional setup requirements. This allows us to guarantee the best results and maintain the polished, luxury look our clients expect.

I know you’re based in Los Angeles, but do you travel?

Yes, we do travel for events outside the Los Angeles area. A travel fee may apply depending on the event location and distance. We’re happy to discuss the details and provide a customized quote to accommodate your setup needs anywhere in or beyond Southern California.
