How do I schedule my setup?

How does the setup process work?
After booking, you’ll receive an email confirmation along with any necessary access instructions. On the day of setup: We’ll text you when we arrive We’ll text you again once the décor setup is complete Please note that there is a 15-minute grace period for any access delays. Clients are also responsible for any parking fees required for decorator access.
Can I be present during the setup?
We ask that the space be empty during your scheduled setup window. This helps us work efficiently and ensures the setup remains a surprise if that’s part of your plan. If you’ll be nearby, we’re also happy to coordinate timing so everything is ready before you arrive.
What types of accommodations can you decorate?
We offer in-room decorating services for resorts and Airbnb properties in the Orlando and Kissimmee theme park area. Whether you’re staying at a resort or a cozy vacation rental, we can create a magical surprise just for you.
When do I pay?
Full payment is required at the time of booking. All fees are non-refundable unless Ring It On is unable to complete your service due to an unforeseen circumstance. In such cases, we will always do our best to provide another decorator if available.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Requests must be made at least 7 days in advance. Bookings may not be transferable once confirmed. Late changes cannot be guaranteed. No changes or cancellations are eligible for a refund, but they may be transferred to a different date depending on availability.
What if my check-in date is delayed?
Please notify us as soon as possible if any changes are needed, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Significant delays may require a rescheduling fee.
