Do I need any experience to drive a JetCar?

No prior experience is required! Each ride includes a safety briefing and instructions before you hit the water. A dedicated instructor accompanies you on a jet ski to guide and ensure a safe, smooth, and exciting ride.

What should I bring for my JetCar experience?

Bring a valid photo ID, swimwear or clothes you don’t mind getting wet, sunscreen, and a towel. Sunglasses with a strap are also recommended. Everything else — including safety gear — is provided.

Is there an age or weight limit?

Drivers must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license, and passengers must be at least 6 years old. The combined weight limit for driver and passenger is 450 lbs per JetCar.

What’s included in the price?

Depending on your selected package, your ride may include photos and 360° action videos, a dedicated instructor, and a guided cruise along Jacksonville’s skyline. Insurance is required at check-in ($20 for $1,000 of coverage).

Can I bring friends or book for a group?

Absolutely! Exclusive group experiences are available, offering 3 hours of unlimited rides for up to your entire party. It’s perfect for birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or team events — with photos and videos included.

What happens in bad weather or if I’m late?

If weather conditions are unsafe (like lightning or heavy winds), your reservation will be rescheduled at no extra cost. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booking time to check in and complete your safety briefing — late arrivals may result in shortened ride time.
