Chef Ali brings over two decades of culinary mastery to C.L.A.S.S. Soirée Steakhouse in Downtown Hollywood. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Ali trained in French, Mediterranean, Asian, and Modern Fusion cuisine before becoming Executive Chef at South Beach’s iconic Tantra at just 24 years old. His career includes leadership roles at top establishments like Shula’s Steak House, the Fontainebleau Hilton, and Capital Grille, along with mentorship under the legendary Chef Allen Susser, the Father of Fusion Cookery. Having cooked for celebrities, film producers, and some of Hollywood’s biggest names, Chef Ali now channels his passion and creativity into his own restaurant — blending fine dining, artistry, and soul to deliver an unforgettable experience worthy of his star-studded clientele.
