After booking, you'll be able to choose the type of class that best fits your group’s goals, such as Level 1, All Levels, Level 2, Mat & Reformer, Jump Board, Stretch, or Power Pilates. We’ll also tailor the session to focus on specific areas of the body or props based on your preferences, ensuring the class is just right for you!

Yes! You're able to curate your own Spotify playlist for your group session, and we'll connect it to our studio speakers. You can also request a theme/genre, and dr pilates will create a customized playlist for your session.
