We’ll deliver your Classic Stage Pole (yes, it spins) directly to your venue, handle the full setup, and make sure everything is secure, level, and performance-ready. Each pole is professionally installed, tested, and sanitized before your event. When the party’s over, we’ll return for teardown and pickup — all you need to do is enjoy the show!

Our stage poles are completely portable, set up within 30 minutes, and are engineered for safety and performance — no ceiling mounts, no tools, no stress. We deliver and set up throughout Central Florida (Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Sarasota, Lakeland, Orlando, Kissimmee, Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, Melbourne, etc.).

Can I use it outdoors?
Yes! The poles are suitable for both indoor and outdoor events (on level surfaces). The Caracal LED Stage Pole looks especially incredible at night. Just make sure the area is dry and stable.
How much space do I need for setup?
For the Classic Stage Pole, you'll need a 7'x7' foot area. The pole is 9' feet high from ground to ceiling.
Do you require a deposit?
Nope! We know party planning is already hectic and like to keep things simple for our users. We simply collect full payment at the time of delivery. We accept cash, card, and common payment apps.
Do the poles spin?
Always.
Are the poles safe for all skill levels?
Absolutely. In fact, newbies have some of the most fun on our stages! Our poles and stages are made with stainless and carbon steel with wide, weighted bases for stability. Whether you’re hiring performers or trying it for the first time, safety is built in. Note: A signed liability waiver is req'd before rental as we do not assume responsibility for injury from use of our stage poles.

Do the poles require ceiling mounts or drilling?
Nope! Both our Caracal LED and Classic Stage Poles are freestanding — no ceiling mounts, tools, or attachments needed. They’re engineered for stability and safety on any flat surface.
How long does setup take?
Setup typically takes 30 minutes per pole, and teardown is just as quick. We’ll coordinate arrival times with your event schedule to keep things smooth and on time.

Yes, every rental includes delivery, full setup, and teardown by our trained team. You won’t have to lift a finger — just tell us where you want the stage, and we’ll handle the rest.
