All of our jewelry is nickel-free.

Can your jewelry be worn in water?

Accepted Answer

Yes, solid gold products can be worn in water and won't tarnish. Sterling Silver products will tarnish over time, and extra care should be considered.

What quality diamonds do you use?

Accepted Answer

We use high-quality natural F-H color and VS1-SI quality. Specialty diamonds will have specifics detailed on the product page description. All of our diamonds and gemstones are sourced conflict-free, and we abide strictly by the Kimberly Process. Learn more here: www.kimberleyprocess.com

Do you have a retail location we can visit for the experience?

Accepted Answer

Not yet—but soon! A permanent Coastal Carats storefront is in the works (stay tuned). In the meantime, we bring the sparkle to you. We can set up in your hotel room, vacation rental, or any private space of your choosing. Need help securing a cute local venue? We can reserve an event space for an additional fee—just let me know what vibe you’re going for, and we’ll handle the rest!

What’s your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We accept returns of clasped pieces or specialty items within 30 days of delivery for unused and unworn items in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on permanent jewelry pieces-- but we offer free lifetime in-person re-welding. To initiate a return or set up an appointment to re-weld, email contact@coastalcarats.com.
