FURY WATER ADVENTURES REQUIRES all cancellations be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time to receive any refund. Any cancellations made same day with less than 24-hour notice for tickets purchased or held will be charged in full and are nonrefundable. TRIPS BOOKED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Private Charter cancellation policies vary. Please refer to your Private Charter contract for additional information regarding cancellations or changes to a Fury Signature Charter.

Fury has a 24 hour notice cancellation policy to receive a refund. Guests can purchase Reservation Refund Protection to be eligible to cancel for a refund, transfer tickets or reschedule within 24 hours of departure. Notice for changes must be provided a minimum of 1 hour prior to the originally scheduled departure. Reservation refund protection fees are 100% non-refundable in the event of any cancellation or reservation change. Fury tours will not depart in unsafe weather conditions. The Captain will assess the weather. Should the Captain determine that the conditions are unsafe to run the tour, the tour may be postponed or canceled. Every effort will be made to reschedule your tour during your stay. If you are unable to re-schedule your tour, you will have the option of receiving a voucher for a future trip. Every effort will be made to run tours as advertised. Should Fury have to amend or alter your tour due to extraneous circumstances, tickets remain non-refundable on tours taken.
