• Deposit Policy: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party's date and time. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your event.

• Rescheduling: Need to change your date? We get it — life happens! Reach out at least 7 days in advance and we'll do our best to find a new date that works. Your deposit will transfer to the new date, but is non-transferable for cancellations.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please note that your deposit is non-refundable. We recommend rescheduling instead whenever possible so your investment isn't lost.

• Late Arrivals: We want everyone to enjoy the full experience! Please arrive on time — arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service time to stay on schedule for the next party.
