I love this place! You cannot leave a 305 class not feeling incredible. I also had a birthday here and rented out the studio and it was perfect. Alicia, the general manager led the class and she was incredible. The communication with Margo before the party was really frequent and clear and easy. This place is clean, energy is high and trust me when I say if you like like to dance or appreciate dance cardio, you will love this place. I hope this isn’t offensive but i tell people the class is kind of like Zumba but a lot sexier (and with a live DJ!).

The most cardio I’ve ever done. A GREAT workout. You get your heart rate way up and get the added bonus of endorphins and dopamine with the great music and instructors cheering you on and working their charm so that you can’t help but smile multiple times throughout the classes. Each class just packs such a punch of everything you could ever want in a high powered dance workout. I love that they have focus classes for specific areas of the body too (ie core, arms, glutes). Studio is cute and clean! Loved my experience so much that I booked a private bday class with them and the whole process was smooth and so so so perfect. I requested Amit since she’s my fave instructor and she made me feel so special in the class with all my friends in the room with me. The whole booking process leading up to my bday was also really easy with great communication. Give this place a shot and check it out for private events too for any special gal in ur life or for yourself!!! You won’t regret it.
