The event was great and Epiphany was amazing as well!

We had the most magical bachelorette gathering on the beach ,and the sound bowl session truly made it unforgettable.it was the perfect mix of calm and celebration and a unique way to honor the bride to be!.

I hired Carolina for our Mindful Backyard Gathering, and she was absolutely wonderful. Her presence was calming, and she led the yoga session with such grace and mindfulness. Last year, I gathered a small group to begin weekly yoga classes. When I mentioned the idea to Carolina she immediately responded and since then we have been keeping up with our classes! To begin, I just want to say she is an amazing person, super sweet, down to earth, and professional. She is extremely responsive when it comes to messages and always punctual for our classes. She always arrives with an amazing energy that radiates throughout the class. The session itself is always amazing! She incorporates various stretches and poses and is able to accommodate to each individual as we are all progressing at different paces. Overall, she is amazing and if you are looking for an instructor, look no further!

Was such a great experience. 2 of 6 in our group were beginners and she patiently taught us and made the experience an incredible first time experience for them. Left everyone wanting to take up a consistent practice.

I had such a great experience with Dr.Om Yoga. She is super professional , punctual and brought all props and different elements to help during our class. The class was very good and I felt great and relaxed and energized at the same time afterwards. She is very nice person and I totally recommend her for private yoga classes :) - Also she uses a beautiful essential oil that help with the relaxing process at the end.

Carolina’s professionalisms, caring and gentle way has made it possible for this mixed group to enjoy the yoga and at the same time create a healthy habit!

I booked a private group yoga session for a bachelorette party and Carolina was fantastic! She was easy to plan with and answered all my questions. She brought all of the equipment needed for the session. She made the whole process easy and the class was a great workout and fun!

Carolina was AMAZING! She taught a yoga class to my friends and I for a bachelorette party. She was so cool and nice letting us mess around a little while also teaching great yoga! She was so sweet, I will definitely use her again.

Carolina was absolutely wonderful! She instructed a class for my sister’s bachelorette party. A few weeks before the party my sister fell and hurt her wrist. Carolina adjusted the class to make sure there were no poses that put pressure on my sister’s injury. It was the most relaxing yoga class most of the group had ever taken.

I had an amazing private class with Carolina Beachside in Marco Island. She brought essential oil’s and create a yoga class that was informative and challenging for our group of different levels. We had a wonderful time, and hope to use her again!
