House was awesome location to spend some quality time with friends and family! Lots of things to do at the house and jacuzzi was great for hanging out and watching the outdoor tv. The kitchen had most appliances and utensils you would need so it was super helpful for the cooking we did. Propane tanks were full for the gas grill so didn’t have to worry about that. We did have to bring our own firewood though.

Great backyard and patio but there were plenty of goat head thorns that did not allow us to play in the backyard. The Halloween decoration was great. The grill in the backyard was not clean and has accumulated since a long time.

"Loved our stay! Took a girls trip to float the Comal and stayed at the Farmhouse and it was perfect! They had plenty of towels, multiple beds, nice kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend for a group. I would totally stay here again.

This was the exact weekend my family needed! The property had an amazing backyard with hot tub, BBQ, and a fully fenced backyard. My family and I just hung outside so much and enjoyed it with our dog, running around and having a great time. The home was well kept, spacious and had everything we needed. A great place that I would certainly stay at again!

Was very accommodating and very clean. Answered all messages in a timely manner. We really enjoyed staying at this house and loved the hot tub & location. Will recommend to anyone looking in this area!

So much space and comfort here. Clean throughout, modern feel, and convenient to New Braunfels attractions. We loved it!
