The room was perfect for my bachelor party of 15 guys! We loved the room layout and we never had to wait to get showers done with the group! Had a blast and the location was amazing!

I couldn’t be happier with the stay. My husband stayed several nights with a group of friends for his 40th birthday, and they all can’t stop talking about how great the Airbnb was. Very good purposeful setup for a large group, plenty of space, comfortable furniture, great bathrooms, etc. Excellent location where they were able to easily walk to everything in downtown Nashville. Overall, very satisfied.

Excellent New Year’s 2026 and birthday celebration with my family in Nashville. The Maddox accommodations were awesome and consistent with what was advertised. I highly recommend this facility for any large party looking to spend some time together in downtown Nashville. Well planned accommodations and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. We had a group of 14 ladies staying in the Modern suite and had the best weekend visiting Nashville for the first time! The layout was spacious and great for hanging out. Loved all the shower and bathroom options. Plenty of beds too. Nice, clean and pretty decorations. Lots of photo ops in the unit. Location was convenient. Very walkable to broadway bars and restaurants.

Stayed here for a bachelor party with 20 guys. The rooms we had were great (2nd floor, Modern Suite). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. There’s a liquor store attached whose staff is also great, and you couldn’t have a better location - we were able to comfortably walk to everywhere we wanted to go in the city
