This jungle oasis was an absolute gem! The villa's stunning design, coupled with its open layout, exquisite decor, and spaciousness, took our breath away. We spent our days lounging by the inviting pools, soaking in the serene jungle views from the rooftop, and were captivated by the breathtaking sunsets. A truly unforgettable experience!

This property is absolutely STUNNING… it’s exactly as depicted. The location is difficult to manage without renting a Surburban or other SUV. You’re about a 10-15 min drive from the downtown areas… so you need to have transportation managed whether that’s an SUV or rented ATV’s. The road and surrounding areas are all under construction and not paved, so it makes getting in and out difficult. But once you’re there… the property itself is stunning and feels safe and private.

Absolutely stunning Villa!! Beautifully decorated in a relaxing location in Tulum. Two swimming pools in a private secure Villa. The most relaxing and tranquil place that I have ever stayed at. I did not want to leave. I look forward to my next visit.

Had such a great time for a bachelorette weekend getaway! The hosts were so quick in responding and gave great recommendations. They were quick in finding us transportation to and from airport pickups. The neighborhood is still getting developed so the pathway of the road is still gravel. We had such a great weekend regardless! Would definitely recommend my friends to book this home if ever in tulum.

Dream spot tucked away in Tulum. A short taxi ride away from the hustle and bustle but far enough to have your own sanctuary. 10/10 look forward to returning.

I would highly recommend this casa for any occasion , a team business event like our event or a family gathering, photoshoot, retreat or a getaway vacay . The house is beautiful, well kept , full service attendees a phone call away, we had a beautiful dinner upon arrival with a private chef and the food was gourmet and exceptional . We had drivers meet us at the airport and take us all back. My team was well treated and it was of what we had hoped for.

Awesome villa, great hosts! Staying here was all around enjoyable, but I would recommend renting a car or scooters to get around as it is off the beaten path a little bit.

Chuumuk Casa 1 is Pefect! Chuumuk Casa 1 absolutely knocked our socks off! It wasn't just nice - it was exceptional. Every room felt like something out of a fancy magazine, but still super comfy. The pool was perfect! Gorgeous doesn't even begin to cover it. We spent so much time there, from morning dips to evening floats with drinks in hand. It was like having our own private resort! We didn't just lounge around (though that would've been awesome too). Check out these amazing experiences we had at the suggestion of the concierge at Maya Luxe property rentals. 1. Sian Ka'an Biosphere: Mind-blowing nature tour. Think pristine beaches and lagoons so clear you can see your toes. 2. Cenotes Zip Line: So much fun – and delicious food too! 3. Mayan Ruins: So cool, plus a fantastic beach view! 4. Poolside Massages: Pure bliss. Nothing beats getting pampered right by the pool. Relaxation level: expert. Each of these little adventures was better than we could've imagined. They really made the trip special. We were able to select tours that picked up from the villa which was super convenient. Our time at Chuumuk Casa 1 wasn't just a vacation - it was the escape we didn't even know we needed. The awesome house, that dreamy pool, and all the cool stuff we did... it all added up to one unforgettable trip. If you're looking for a place to unwind, have some fun, and feel totally spoiled, Chuumuk Casa 1 in Tulum is where to go!

What a pristine oasis! It provided every luxury and pleasure that a group could want - this house allows you to step away from the at times hectic Tulum energy, and feel truly happy. We would book it every year again and again.

I loved my stay, the villa is beautiful and super well cared for, ideal if you are looking for a place to disconnect, relax and be in contact with nature. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and you feel a lot of peace. Regina was super cute, always attentive and gave me very good recommendations for places to eat and visit nearby. I really felt right at home. I'm definitely going back.

We had an exceptional stay at Tulumaya. The accommodations were luxurious and aesthetically very pleasing in relaxing tones of white. The home was spotless and well appointed. The upper and lowers pool areas ensured poolside sunlight throughout the day. The best part was the charming concierges - Ivan, Regina and Andrea - who were eager to assist in any way possible! They were always on call and available in the most affable way. If you are looking for a quiet and luxurious stay, this is your place!

I recently stayed at this beautiful property to celebrate my wife’s birthday and it was an unforgettable experience. The property itself is stunning – the photos simply don’t do it justice. From the tasteful decor to the immaculate cleanliness, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The host was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we booked, they were prompt in responding to any questions and provided detailed information about the property and local area. Upon arrival, we were greeted with the host who assisted with hiring a private chef to have lunch prepared once we arrived. The amenities were top-notch, and everything we needed was readily available. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The location is also ideal, offering plenty of privacy and the rooftop and pools were amazing.
