We had the best time at the Hubb House this weekend! The kitchen had everything we needed and the garage was the perfect space for a little line dancing before hitting the Broadway bars. Every room had the cutest Nashville touch. 10 out of 10!!!

Had a fantastic birthday weekend in Nashville in this beautiful Townhouse!! Beds were extremely comfortable and the house decor gave a feel of Nashville would recommend for larger groups such as birthdays , bachelorettes , family vacations .. would definitely stay again amazing host thank you again

I booked this Airbnb with a few friends to celebrate a bachelorette, and it was absolutely perfect. The host was very responsive and accommodating, the house looked just like the photos, and the location was super convenient.

This place comfortably fit 9 girls for my sister's bachelorette weekend. The location was great as it allowed us to have chill mornings where the early bird girls could do their own activities like walk to grab breakfast or go on a run before we regrouped to do group activities. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were really nice. We also enjoyed the rooftop with fire pit and had a hibachi dinner up there on the final night. Would absolutely recommend for any big group!

We loved our stay at Hubb House! The house was perfect for a group of 7 of us. The whole house - including the beds - was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were super nice. The roof was amazing. And it was a quick Uber ride downtown and to the airport. Great communication with the hosts. Great spot for a group trip!

Very cute! So much space with so many rooms and a rooftop deck to die for! We did walk to a restaurant nearby for brunch. Great location outside of broadway but still able to get a ride share to go downtown easily.

We had an incredible weekend at this Airbnb in Nashville. The location was perfect, just a short drive from downtown and all the major attractions. The house itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The host was extremely responsive and provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The amenities were top-notch, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and fast Wi-Fi. We especially loved the cozy outdoor patio and the amazing rooftop hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The host was very responsive and helpful throughout every step of the process from check-in to check-out. Our flights didn't exactly line up with the check-in and check-out times so they were kind enough to let us store our bags in the garage before we checked-in and after we checked-out, so that we didn't have to drag them around with us as we went shopping and got food to kill time. The house perfectly slept the 12 of us with plenty of common space area to hangout as well. The location was amazing, as every uber we took to broadway was much less than we had expected it to be. There were also a dozen restaurants within walking distance, which was nice on the days we decided not to go to broadway. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here!

The Hubb house was an amazing place to stay for our group of 6! Located in a quiet neighborhood but also a short ride to downtown and all the action! The house came with all the top amenities and the rooftop patio with the hot tub was a great bonus to have! I would definitely recommend staying here or any location under the Hallson Hospitality Co. Great communication and accommodations during our stay!

Our group cannot rave enough about this spectacular property! Located on a quiet side street, parking was a breeze. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom! The kitchen was large, perfect for a nice gathering space. We also loved the rooftop which had seating and a fire pit to enjoy a beautiful Nashville evening. Also communication with the Hallson property was prompt and informative. Made our stay feel like home!

This airbnb was beautiful, clean and looks exactly like the pictures shown. The host was great at checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and also provided easy access instructions. The location was perfect as it was about a 10 min drive to the city and 15 mins to the airport which we loved. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Nashville.

Beautiful property located in the heart of the Gulch district. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants and Music Row. The communication from the property manager was very responsive and outstanding. It was perfect for our party of 12. Highly recommend this property and we are looking forward to rebooking for next years trip

If I ever come back to Nashville, I’d love to come back here. We absolutely loved this place for my bachelorette party. Hosts are also very responsive if you need anything or having any questions!

Our stay here was perfect! We were a group of 4 adult women on a weekend get away. The place itself is exactly as the photos. The beds were very confortable and everything was clean. The location is wonderful. You are close to everything without being in the middle of the everything. It was quiet. The condo is about a 10-15 walk from 12 South, which is a great local neighborhood. It has a variety of local and well known higher end boutiques, with great restaurants and coffee shops as well. The hosts are great at communicating and welcome you with a thoughtful welcome basket. We were all very happy with our stay!

Loved the location- Walkable to the gulch and 12 south, short ride to broadway. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The house has something for everyone. We had a group of 8 and we had room to spare. Cornhole on the rooftop, pool table in the living area and lots of seating options to just hang out. We door dashed, Instacarted and ubered with ease. 15 minutes from the airport. Great communication throughout the process and so friendly! Would definitely return!

This house was the perfect spot to celebrate my 30th birthday weekend! The space was perfect for a group of 11 girls. The screened in patio was a crowd favorite. There are plenty of mirrors in the house which was sooo nice for getting ready for all of our many events. Super clean and spacious. The host was super responsive and even helped get extra tables and chairs for an outdoor dinner I had planned. Also great location, quick Ubers to all the major spots. I’d recommend this place for a big group 100x over. We were sad to leave!

Perfect place for my bachelorette! We had plenty of beds and having three bathrooms was great for a large group of girls. Location is perfect to easily get to Broadway and Midtown.

Last minute trip to Nashville to celebrate a special birthday and we had an amazing time. The home was bright and clean. There was so much room to relax and unwind and it was conveniently located a short walk away from everything. The kitchen was fully-stocked with plates, cups, pots and pans, etc. and the bathrooms had plenty of toilet paper, towels and toiletries. The host communicated with us every step of the way - from booking to checking in to checking out - and even recommended some favorite spots to visit, if time allowed. All that was left for us to do was have a good time - and that, we definitely did. Two days was not enough though and we'll have to return another time, but I'm keeping this location on my radar to revisit. Thanks for your hospitality.

I would rate this as one of my favorite places to stay. While the home is as pictured, it is even better in person. The Lyric is beautifully decorated and very well thought out. There is plenty of space for large groups. I appreciate the bedrooms being spaced out. I especially loved the makeup loft. The rooftop offers a great view of downtown Nashville with multiple seating options and lawn games. This place was made for group get togethers. There are multiple restaurant options nearby along with a grocery store. It is conveniently located to downtown while still being close to other areas. If this home is available, you should book it while you can! I will definitely be back for another visit.

We had an amazing stay at this spot in Nashville! The location was perfect, close to all the downtown attractions and great restaurants! Great location. Cutely decorated. Overall very clean and well stocked. Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom! The door to street was very handy. And the pool was outstanding. Would definitely stay there again!! Hallson mgmt group was great to work with!!

This home was absolutely beautiful. There were 10 of us for my daughter’s 21st birthday and it was perfect. The location is close and minutes away from 12 South, The Gulch, and downtown. House was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay there again if we go back.

Stayed for my bachelor party with 10 guys - was more than enough space and I would strongly recommend. The rooftop patio was awesome, we spent a ton of time up there. Location was perfect - short 10 minute walk to the gulch for lunch or picking up supplies, and a quick uber / scooter to Broadway.

SUCH a fantastic value for the cost! This property is new, and all aspects -- from the layout to the amenities -- were well thought-out. Our hosts were super communicative and accommodating, and the location was ideal for our moms' trip -- peaceful and only a five-minute drive to the action. We would definitely choose this one again!

The 'Jolene' was just as described! We booked for my bachelorette with 8 of us and had ample space. The property was not only darling but spotless and well-kept. The location was prime for Uber'ing everywhere (The Gulch, Broadway, etc.) The management team was the best I've ever experienced. If we needed anything, they were prompt, polite, and always had a quick solution. I recommend 10/10!

This is our third stay here and we love the location and the space. We enjoy the outdoor patio and the big living room. It’s also very convenient for all the places we like to go.

Beautiful space! It was perfect for our needs. In the mornings we would walk to a nearby coffee shop and hang out on the porch. They had this really cute room with a bunch of mirrors and high chairs so we could all get ready together before going out. The roof was a great place to hang out too. The hosts were very responsive to what we needed, and the place was spotless and decorated really nicely. We loved our stay.

Spent couple of days here for a a friend’s bachelorette party and had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described in the listing—clean, comfortable, and true to the photos. Everything was well thought out, making it easy to feel at home right away. The space had all the essentials I needed, and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. Check-in was seamless, and the host communicated clearly and promptly. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

This condo was the perfect location to walk to Broadway and lots of tourist spots!!! I especially appreciated the street access (that happened to have a Starbucks right across the road)! We were happy to be able to walk directly out of the unit without having to venture through the building, although it was extremely nice and had lots of really nice, shared spaces. A few little shops right there to walk into and even a food truck to pass by as you are walking back from Broadway at night!!!

The host company was great. Instructions were clear and the space was exactly as advertised. Four adults and four teenagers had a great stay. We did everything in the area on our checklist, and the fire pit on the rooftop was a great bonus for nighttime hanging.

Beautiful house in the perfect location. Was even bigger than I expected. Easy walk to the Nashville Farmer's Market and 5 minute ride to Broadway. Host was extremely communicative and even let us check in super early. Was the perfect spot to host our bachelorette weekend!
