Going to a beginner pole class at sankalpa was my first experience I had with pole, and it was such a welcoming and friendly experience! This was about a year and a half ago, and while I no longer live near this studio / can go anymore, it is such a great environment for beginners and experts!

I booked several parties in the past for bachelorettes and birthdays. I love that champagne is included in the booking, and the space is so beautiful and inviting! Everyone is so kind and the instructor, Jeannie, taught some really fun but beginner friendly tricks! My friends had such a blast! I'll definitely be booking more parties with Sankalpa!
I did the two week trial here and it was worth every penny. I took classes with Ari, Peter, and Luna mostly. I found myself doing things I didn’t know my body was capable of. These classes are most definitely a workout! My lats and core were sore after every session. I took beginner pole with several teachers and they were all different in their approach. This was my first time ever trying pole and I fell in love with it. The only down side for me and reason i didn’t decide to do a membership is how far the studio is from me. If i lived or worked in the area, i wouldn’t second guess getting a membership!
Amazing place, I played collegiate lacrosse and this is more of a work out on the body. Although, I am an old man now. Friendly staff and very accommodating for injuries I have, when it comes out to various routines. Would highly recommend, plus you can't help but laugh at the ostentatious acts one performs.
This Yoga and flexibility class is a great way to start your day, I wish I could do it everyday. Loved the class.
