Renters Club

Incredible properties and even better customer service. We rented a beautiful mansion in Austin through the renters club and would HIGHLY recommend everyone doing the same. The house was incredible - big pool, hot tub ,2 hole golf course, beach volleyball, basketball, ping pong, you name it, this house had it. It was super easy to communicate with the renters club and they were very quick to respond. The day we were arriving i received a text from our host who made himself at our disposal the whole time we were there. They even coordinate a concierge with your rental to help you organize you trip (but the concierge does charge for their services - what we found helpful was Grocery delivery so the house was stocked when we arrived). The house was clean, comfortable, and full of high tech gadgets that normally you would think were off limits but, not with the renters club - they made sure everything was available for us. Overall an unforgettable experience and I will definitely be renting again through them next time I am in Austin. I hope they expand to other cities as every place could use the same hospitality!

This property was perfect for our recent trip to Austin! We felt at home the moment we walked through the door. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Our daughters (aged 3 and 5) loved the neighborhood playground and splash pad, which were both in walking distance to the home, and we all enjoyed the adorable porch swing! The house is in such a convenient location. We explored the whole city and found it would be a short drive to any neighborhood we wanted to go to ( there are also plenty of restaurants/shops within walking distance of the home). It was also an easy drive out to the hill country from the house! We would definitely stay at this home again. If you are thinking of booking, don’t hesitate!

We recently visited Austin and stayed in a lovely property managed by Renter's Club. The Treehouse near South Congress was in a terrific location and it was obvious, when we arrived, that it is well maintained. Every amenity you could ask for was available in the house and Renter's Club was extremely responsive when we encountered a minor issue at the beginning of our stay. I would highly recommend booking a property managed by this company.

Everything you see in the pics and more! We were the first people to stay in this beautiful house. We have watched in great anticipation as construction and remodeling has continued and not in vein! What a great house, charming, fresh, beautifully decorated, and lots of parking. It is so convenient to where we spend most of our time when in Austin. The park, the coffee shop and the restaurants all with in a very short walking distance yet private and secluded location. Lots of young kids in the neighborhood giving the area a very cozy feel. We will definitely stay here again!

Rented Brigadoon in Westlake for a weekend with my family - what a treat to be be able to stay in such a special, mid-century modern Austin property. The pictures don't do it justice. It is stunning, all around - the ultimate home for entertaining for having a chill weekend. All against the backdrop of sweeping views of the Austin skyline. It is great for a large family or friends reunion - you can literally stay on property all weekend and never run out of things to do, or use it at a home base for exploring around. There are lovely communal spaces for gathering, and the bedrooms are perfect for downtime - they are huge, with GREAT beds (and each has its own full bathroom.) The kitchen is a dream for cooking family meals - was so lovely to eat outside at the table for 12 under the shade of one of those great Austin oak trees. In addition to all of this, the grounds are wonderful - the pool is huge, there's a spa, sport court for pickle ball, a little hiking trail that goes around the property and plenty of lawn for running around. Can't wait to come back!!! Also, Renter's Club was wonderful to work with - very responsive and so helpful, from booking through our stay.

We booked with Renter's Club for our business trip to Austin, TX, April 2025. The experience was excellent! They had great communication, a very clean condo, and even found something I left behind and coordinated an easy ship back to me. The kitchen had all the necessities we needed (like coffee!) and the bathroom amenities were marvelous in my hair. I highly recommend Renter's Club!!

GREAT management and communication!!! We had gone with a different company prior to Renters Club and the other company was a nightmare. Renters Club was a 180: Kevin (I believe he’s the manager) has great follow through and is very professional. All of the staff are excellent too. Maintenance is prompt. The cleaners are amazing, shout out to them as well. DEFINITELY recommend this company if you are thinking of doing a short term rental for your home….. and also for those wanting to rent something short term around Austin.

Wow, just got back from the most incredible time at the Paisley place Luxury home with our family. The peaceful surroundings, breathtaking views, and quality time with our loved ones made it truly unforgettable. Our children and grandchildren had so much space to maneuver around such a beautiful home. Thanks for having us and making such a memorable experience for my family.

Our group stayed in one of the Renters Club properties over Labor Day Weekend for a bachelor party. The weekend went off without a hitch. The house was perfect for our group; spacious, clean, and there were no issues with the neighbors. The Renters Club was very responsive to inquiries throughout the booking process. I highly recommend to anyone staying in Austin with a large group.

Beautiful house!! Loved our stay. Beautifully and comfortably furnished. Top of the line appliances. Great location. Perfect set up as my elderly in-laws had a room on the ground floor, hence no need to use any stairs. Pool came in handy on those really hot days. Had minimal interaction with Renters Club other than the booking/payment and check in/out. Each time was easy and very professional. Had a question once in the beginning of our stay and was quickly addressed. Thank you Renters Club for a wonderful experience during our son's graduation weekend!! It truly enhanced our special occasion.
