The Natchez

We had a great stay at the Natchez - it was quiet and the unit was well-appointed. The front desk attendants were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially Courtney and Forrest. They let us check in early and even had our groceries ready to go the day we arrived. The location is unbeatable - 10 minute walk to the French Quarter. The outdoor hot tub and pool area was amazing. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

I would absolutely stay here again. I loved the spaciousness of the rooms! Everyone gets their own bathroom and king sized beds! It is walking distance to the cutest coffee shop called Fourth Wall! It is also walking distance to Bourbon street but not close enough to where you’ll be bothered by the noise. Honestly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed and I can’t wait to go back!

This place was so fun! So walkable to all kinds of fun nightlife, shopping, and restaurants. The place itself was beautiful. The showers were so fancy and relaxing! And the staff, especially Forrest, was so accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be back!

This is a mix of an Airbnb and a hotel. Easy check in, luggage storage and the ability to order groceries and have them stocked. Great location near the French Quarter but out of the chaos. The unit was amazing and we made great use of the private jacuzzi and common areas to unwind. Will definitely stay again!

The Natchez was above and beyond expectations! Super friendly and kind staff, awesome location (few minutes walk from Canal street and the French Quarter but also private and quiet), beautiful property, clean, each suite is big, marvelous and has a lot of space. We loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi!! To summarize, 5/5 not one bad thing to say. We would definitely recommend and come back!

Building was impeccably maintained. Each bedroom had its own bathroom en-suite which makes everyone comfortable, meanwhile the shared living space was perfect. The pool and hot tubs were nice and clean and my daughter loved that she could go swimming this time of year.

This Airbnb was perfect for our trip! The space was super clean and located in a prime area—close to everything we needed. One of my favorite features was that each room had its own bathroom, which made things so much more convenient for our group. Check-in was very flexible, and having a friendly front desk staff made all the difference. They welcomed us warmly, made sure we had all the information we needed, and even had complimentary water available. When it started raining unexpectedly, they handed out free ponchos, which was such a thoughtful touch. All in all, this was a fantastic stay in a great location. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

The Natchez is a beautiful place. The staff was absolutely amazing. The pool and hot tub was fabulous. The room was for 3 couples and we each had our own restroom and we did not feel cluttered. The beds were great. The shower was amazing. I can’t say enough great things about this location. I will try to stay here every time I come. It was a great experience and place and was walkable to all the spots. We loved it here.

This Airbnb was great! Our group had 3 couples, and the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect. The Airbnb was spacious and we loved having the pool and the sun deck. The location was also great, very walkable to everything including the French Quarter.

This property was amazing. It had everything we needed. Close to Mardi Gras parades, Bourbon Street, restaurants and Ceasars.I would highly recommend if you have a larger party/group.

This was a 5 star facility! The staff was amazing. I had many questions before arriving and got responses to my questions within minutes. The unit was awesome, beds were very comfy, roof top deck/hot tub. Everyone in the group loved it (not to mention the coffee in the lobby was delicious!). Location to everything was perfect. We will definitely stay here again!

Visited to celebrate a friend’s wedding. The place was exactly as listed. Tons of space, great amenities (including spa shower!), extremely comfortable beds, and a very friendly and attentive staff. The location is perfect - quiet but walkable to everything downtown - and felt very safe and intimate. Highly recommend to any groups visiting New Orleans.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Natchez. We were a group of four couples traveling to the Big Easy for the first time. Our accommodations were perfect. We loved the location and walkable streets, restaurants and bars. It was close to everything yet not too close to the crowds and noise in the French Quarter. We loved all the exposed brick and high vaulted ceilings. We would highly recommend the Natchez for anyone traveling to New Orleans.

We had an AMAZING stay at The Natchez. The location is perfect (just a quick walk to the French quarter, or a short Uber ride anywhere else) ! The front desk is absolutely amazing! So helpful and friendly. Tons of space, very clean. We loved having access to the pool and hot tubs!! We will definitely stay again.

What a wonderful stay for a group of 6 buddies in town for 40th birthday celebration. Plenty of room and space for everyone, lounging areas, great bathrooms (awesome shower) and patio with jacuzzi was icing on the cake. Location was convenient for Nola and staff, security and host all were top notch. Already talking about coming back with the wives. Thanks for a great stay.

My friends and I stayed at The Natchez for a girls weekend. It was the perfect space for our group of six, spacious with well-stocked bathrooms and kitchen. We felt very safe in the area; it is a great location for a home base, easily walkable to all things in the French Quarter, CBD, and Warehouse District. Friendly front desk staff, free lobby coffee/tea, and hot tub were bonuses. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Stayed here with a group of four for a bachelor party, and it was perfect. The place had plenty of space, was extremely clean, and felt very safe with 24-hour security. The location couldn’t be better it an easy walk to the casino and surrounded by great restaurants. This has been my favorite Airbnb in New Orleans so far. Absolutely worth the price, and I’ll definitely be back!

Best rental ever. Not kidding - we travel often and there is always at least one complaint. Everything from the staff to the cleanliness to the sleeping space were perfect. This adventure allowed four couple (my children and spouses) to stay in one apartment. Can’t wait to visit again.

We were thrilled with the place, the space, and the amenities. We were in town with 3 generations of family members (20s, 50s and 80s). All enjoyed the space. My 85-year old father-in-law rarely leaves his house and declared “I could live here!” That’s high praise!

Booked two suites across from each other for my bachelor party and it couldn't have been more perfect! We loved having the hot tub so accessible and all amenities were modern and updated. This place has the benefits of an AirBnb with your own laundry and kitchen, but with the benefits of a hotel too, with great front desk service, coffee and tea bar downstairs, and no clean up necessary. They helped us facilitate a grocery order and even are shipping a package to us that we missed. Location is great and walkable to the quarter. So grateful for Natchez suites!

Our stay at The Natchez was exceptional. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the French Quarter but still peaceful and quiet. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with every comfort of home. What really stood out was the service—the team went above and beyond by helping us get our groceries in advance and stocking them for us before we arrived. It made settling in so easy and stress-free. We also loved the rooftop pool and courtyard—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. This was the perfect place for our family.

Pound for pound… the best vacation experience I have ever had. I’ve stayed everywhere from Trump Tower, to the Bellagio in Vegas. The Natchez tops them all. Great service, accommodations and location in the middle of the action.

The Natchez was amazing!! Great find in the city. The front desk staff is truly amazing- so friendly, helpful and professional. They stored our luggage early and even put a grocery delivery into our room while we were out exploring (with our permission). They gave us local recommendations and were really a highlight of the stay. It’s unusual to find that level of service and help at a hotel, much less an Airbnb. The condo was spacious with updated bathrooms and skylights that can close in each room. We’d definitely stay again.

We had a perfect stay here - we were with a group of 13 we rented two condos at the Natchez, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. It was perfect, exactly as pictured and the location was ideal for going out and about as a group. I highly recommend.

Obviously, the location and accommodations are excellent. But it’s really the little things that matter. Great water pressure. Blackout blinds in the bedrooms. Very responsive hosts that can be texted on a moments notice. High praise for the stay, I hope to return to this property next year.

The Natchez – Our New Orleans Favorite! Our stay at The Natchez was exceptional from start to finish. Communication before arrival was superb—staff helped arrange decorations for my wife’s birthday and stocked groceries so food and drinks were waiting for us, which was a huge stress reliever. We arrived early expecting only to drop bags, but the unit was ready and they let us check in immediately. The four-bedroom suite was perfect for our group of seven—each room had an ensuite bath offering privacy, while the living room and kitchen gave us space to gather. The shower heads were amazing and provided therapeutic recovery after long New Orleans nights. Having the hot tub and pool just outside our door was a huge bonus. The staff was friendly, attentive, and anticipated our needs. The location was ideal—close to the French Quarter in a great neighborhood, with easy Lyft access to Frenchmen Street, CBD, Milan, and the Garden District. We won’t stay anywhere else in New Orleans!

We were in town for a conference, but it’s clear this place would be just as amazing for a family getaway or a trip with friends. If you are lucky enough to book at The Natchez you will find that it is the most amazing place to stay in NOLA. Luxury meets New Orleans charm. The poolside apartment did not disappoint! Our stay was wonderful! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to check our bags before check-in so we could enjoy brunch and explore, and provided restaurant recommendations for the brunch and dinner. The complimentary coffee was delicious and a great start to each day. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and the beds super comfortable. We loved relaxing by the hot tub and pool—such a refreshing perk. After check-out, we appreciated being able to work for a bit in the courtyard before heading to the airport. The location was perfect—everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. This is one of the best AirBnB experiences I've ever had, and I've had a lot!
