JazFit Palm Beach

I live locally and came across JazFit on one of my daily walks - and I’m so glad I did! I’ve tried out the mat Pilates and Barre classes so far and have loved both. Jazmin is such a fun and knowledgeable instructor and genuinely takes the time to make sure that each student is getting as much as they can out of her classes, whether that’s by adjusting form, encouraging modifications, or just bringing a high energy vibe to the studio. As a runner, I’m super new to the world of Pilates but have felt so welcome at her studio, and I can’t wait to see how practicing Pilates translates into my running journey too. If you’ve been on the fence about trying a new form of exercise, let this be your sign! And make sure to do it at JazFit!

A beautiful studio. Jazmin has been one of my dear friends for many years, and I admire and respect her not only as a person but also as an exceptional Pilates teacher. She has truly poured her heart and soul into this space, and it shows in every detail. If you have the chance, I highly recommend experiencing it for yourself…you’ll be blown away!!!!!!!!

I’ve worked with Jaz for 4+ years, and she truly is a pro that cares. Instructors need to commit, and do continual training, which she does. You can’t staff a studio with just anyone — and at JazFit, they understand this.

Amazing first class with Jazmin!! I am a Pilates beginner but Jazmin was so patient and kind in providing corrections and instructions. Her energy is infectious and I also loved how small and intimate the studio is. Run don’t walk to Jazfit!

I heard about Jaz fit Pilates at a wellness event and decided to check it out and I’m so glad I did. The staff, the instructor were awesome. Such a great environment & great energy. The class itself brought me into a deeper awareness within my body and helped me so much with my form. Mentally I was having a rough start to my day, but after that class i Felt renewed and changed the tone for the rest of my day. Very grateful for the experience I had and I’m looking forward to the next class.

Had a wonderful experience at JazFit! Jaz gave great personalized instructions on proper Pilates form. The studio was beautiful and I enjoyed the class sequence.

I had a wonderful opportunity of meeting Jaz at a Tony Robbins conference and ended up taking her Pilates class at the end of our conference. This was the best Pilates class I’ve ever had just because her instruction was on point. She really made me work to engage my core and challenged me which I enjoyed from a consumer standpoint. She was very attentive to detail and was also very encouraging and helpful. It’s a clean space it’s beautiful, amazing energy, and nice staff! When I return to Palm Beach, I’ll be visiting her studio again🫶🏼❤️
