Tracy was absolutely amazing! We made reservations (highly recommend during peak travel seasons) so as soon as we arrived we’re seated really quickly. Service was really fast, she was very polite and did a TERRIFIC job overall! The food was really delicious! Thank you Tracey and the rest of the team for making our experience wonderful.
I had the best time in the shop, the staff were so helpful and SO fun. The vibe was everything I’d hoped for for my first time in a Hard Rock Cafe, I was like a kid on Christmas Day. The establishment itself is incredible, but they have the best staff so it really elevated the experience. We also ate at the restaurant, our waitress was amazing- fun, bubbly and really good at her job. The food was delicious, came out super quickly and was well worth the money. Overall, this place as a whole is a must see and you have to try the fajitas (my mouths literally watering thinking about them) Thanks for everything Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas- it was such an experience !!!
My experience at the Hard Rock Cafe was great. We understand that when there’s a large party, there may be a bit of a wait, which is completely reasonable. The service went above and beyond—our host, Christen, and the manager, Scott, truly made our experience unimaginable. We came for brunch, and the steak and eggs were delicious. Everyone was friendly, and we were warmly greeted by the entire staff. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and I highly recommend it. Great team work. Definitely coming back again.
Not only did we come on a beautiful Friday (5/22) but then had to show up on Saturday too for breakfast!! We got lucky to be able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather and the delicious food. Thanks to Patrick, we were able to be seated on a bigger table for our larger company for Saturday and everyone enjoyed the food as much as we did the first day. Fresh breakfast, amazing pancakes and that avocado toast was so so good!!! 🤤 🤤 😋 I did not take pictures on Saturday but the Huevos Rancheros looked and tasted so good too with the chorizo!!
Walking into the Hard Rock Cafe feels like stepping inside a museum curated by a rockstar who said, “Yeah… but make it loud.” You’re not just getting dinner — you’re getting a backstage pass to cheeseburgers. The walls? Covered in legendary memorabilia. Guitars that probably witnessed better decisions than I have. Jackets that have seen more world tours than my Spotify account. Every corner whispers, “Somebody famous sweated near this.” Now let’s talk about the food. The burgers are built like they’re about to headline a stadium tour. Juicy. Dramatic. Slightly excessive in the best way. The Legendary Burger doesn’t just arrive — it enters the table. Fries? Golden, crispy enablers. The drinks come strong enough to make you consider starting a band even if you can’t play the triangle. And the vibe? Pure, unapologetic energy. Classic rock blasting. Servers moving like they’re on rhythm. You don’t eat quietly here — you vibe, you nod your head, you contemplate buying a $40 T-shirt you absolutely do not need but somehow must have. Is it subtle? No. Is it classy in a candlelit-whispers way? Also no. Is it a ridiculously fun time with solid food and big personality? Absolutely. Final Verdict: If your dinner plans include good burgers, loud music, and pretending you’re on tour without actually having any musical talent, Hard Rock Cafe delivers. 10/10 would air-guitar between bites again.
You can never go wrong with the Hard Rock, but this Las Vegas location brings a whole new level of energy. The atmosphere is electric, with awesome music playing and tons of iconic outfits and guitars to look at while you eat. We ordered the jumbo combo to share and some signature drinks, and everything tasted amazing. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made our night really fun. It’s the perfect, high-energy spot to kick off a Vegas night out!
Came here during lunch on a weekday and was seated on the patio. It was perfect. Food was fresh and served quickly. Service was friendly. Love the atmosphere. Lots of artifacts from artists etc. will be back
D was absolutely incredible. We were in town for a two-night stay and stopped in to eat before heading out on Sunday. From the moment we sat down, the service was outstanding. D was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better with his great attitude and professionalism. It’s rare to come across a waiter who genuinely makes you feel welcome and taken care of. Truly one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!
We attended Icons Of Rock yesterday night. We loved every minute of the show from start to finish. Amazing performance so much talent on one stage !
First time in Atlanta and we visited Hard Rock Cafe after the FIFA World Cup game (Spain vs Saudi Arabia) and all restaurants around the arena was packed. We arrived around 03:30 pm and the waitlist was one hour and a half but took 45 minutes instead. The service at front, the waiter, all the staff focus on guest experience and visitors was amazing. The food was really good, cooked properly. My wife ordered a salmon and I got the Messi chicken burger. They properly handle the packed restaurant and provide quality and good experience. I do not remember the name of the server correctly but I think was something like Knaewood (sorry if misspelling) another nice experience at Hard Rock Cafe.
My family “collects Hard Rocks,” so we had to visit. The evening we wanted to go, it was closed for a private event, so we went for lunch on our way out of town the next day. It was dead on a Monday at lunch time. Staff were friendly & helpful, but service was painfully slow. So, we took our time checking out the memorabilia. Food was excellent with sirloin cooked to order. Two sets of clean restrooms. The staff in the Rock Shop was particularly fun and engaging.
Great all around! We had Gluten Free Pulled BBQ Pork, Salads, Yellow Mashed Potatoes and the Smashed and Stacked Spicy Burger. Food flavors were exceptional, service was great (we asked a GF question which she wasn’t sure of and she went out back and asked, perfect!) We are all Celiacs and had no problems. Atmosphere was overall good as well.
I love it here ! I had an amazing time with my family . We were treated so good by Christina , the server with blonde hair . She took such good care of us . She was on point with service and made sure to remember our mom’s birthday!! I will definitely be back . Thanks so much !
Had a great experience at Hard Rock Cafe! The food was fresh and flavorful, the portions were generous, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The atmosphere was fun, with great music and tons of cool memorabilia to check out while you eat. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. Whether you’re stopping by for a meal or just to enjoy the vibe, I’d definitely recommend Hard Rock Cafe and would gladly come back again. Shout out Blane for making it happen!!!!
Came here for a fun night out with my friends and I got so much more than just that. The good food was paired with equally amazing service from our lovely waitress Christina! She went above and beyond for everyone and I can't thank her enough.
Good oldfashioned Hard Rock Cafe that still carries the vibe of the brand as fans know it. I went on a weekday, and although the city wasn't very busy, I found 3 $ street parking just around the corner, the Hard Rock Cafe was pretty busy.
Wow! Our first experience at a Hard Rock Cafe! Chris our waiter made the experience memorable (from a napkin folded rose) sadly in the process of leaving with two kiddo it was forgotten. Too talking us into getting dessert… the bread pudding was top notch! And the patience he has with our two boys. Another waiter realizing the fork our four year old was really big and brought a plastic one. Thanks for welcoming us to Atlanta, Love the Mickey Mouse Michigan family.
This is one of the best Hard Rocks i have been to . Very fast service very friendly server and was not an expensive visit . Definitely recommend it for a visit
Had an amazing experience at Hard Rock Cafe Atlanta! The steak was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The quality of the food exceeded my expectations. On top of that, the overall experience was top notch. Great atmosphere, fun vibes, and attentive, friendly service that made the night even better. Everything from the music to the energy of the place made it a memorable visit. Highly recommend if you’re in Atlanta and looking for great food and an unforgettable experience. I’ll definitely be back!
Hard Rock Cafe is one of our staple restaurant picks when visiting Atlantic City, and this visit was another great reason why. Our waiter, Joseph, was an absolute delight and made sure our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Drinks and meals came out quickly, and Joe made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Hard Rock has a double blueberry smashburger available on their limited menu, and it was so good, especially with the added bacon. It’s a great twist on a simple burger that takes it to a completely different flavor palette. The new chicken sliders are enhanced with a very tasty jalapeño coleslaw and matched with a spicy honey glaze that brings just the right amount of heat. The BBQ pulled pork sandwich was great as well, with the added coleslaw on the side, along with our margarita flatbread appetizer that started everything off right. The birthday girl was very surprised by the special sundae that was sneaked in at the last moment. Thank you very much, Joseph and the Hard Rock team, for the great dining experience!
I Had a phenomenal time at the Hard Rock Cafe in Atlantic City. Brought my fiancée here for dinner on our getaway from Maine for her Birthday. With a wonderful atmosphere, perfect customer service and one of the most delicious burgers I have ever had. I would definitely recommend getting Lunch or reserving a table for dinner at this Location if your vacationing in the area. Great price for what your getting and you can get commemorative glasses at this location for your collection of Hard Rock Cafe glassware.
Love it!!!! Drinks are amazing!! Beers are served in bottles!! Not cups. Order from your machines. The servers are amazing and sweet!!!❤️ can't wait to go back❤️🥂
Hello, Hey everyone! I just had to share my awesome experience at the Hard Rock Cafe on Saturday, November 29, 2025, before the Willie Colon concert. My sister, brother-in-law, and I swung by for dinner, and it was a total blast from the moment we walked in! The vibe was electric, and the staff treated us like rock stars. Our server, Ruth, was an absolute gem—she was on point with everything! She answered all our questions about the menu with a smile, took amazing pictures for us, and made sure we had everything we needed. Seriously, she checked in several times to ensure we were enjoying ourselves, and let me tell you, the food was incredible! The ribs, nachos, and drinks were all on fire. I've been to the Cafe a couple of times, but it was my sister and brother-in-law's first visit, and I was thrilled they loved it! We're definitely going to make this a regular stop. Huge shoutout to Ruth for making our night extra special! We'll be back in 2026 for sure, and I can't wait to tell my friends and family to hit up the Hard Rock Cafe in Atlantic City whenever they’re in town. Thank you Ruth, Jessica T & Nicole B for a fantastic night!
I cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible experience my family and I had at the Hard Rock Cafe in Atlantic City on Super Bowl Sunday! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Dawn, who truly made our evening unforgettable. Amidst the peak chaos before halftime, Dawn's presence was like a beacon of light. She acknowledged the craziness of the night but managed to create a cozy atmosphere, making us feel like we were stepping into a friend’s home rather than a bustling restaurant. It genuinely felt as though my sister had saved us a seat, and that warm familial vibe was all thanks to her loving approach. Dawn is a true shooting star in an environment that can often feel cold and overwhelming. Her kindness, laughter, and attentiveness shone through the noise, reminding us that genuine care for customers can transform a typical chaotic night into something magical. She deserves the BIGGEST, FATTEST RAISE and all the RECOGNITION for the love she shares with anyone who walks through the door. Thank you, Dawn, for being a part of an industry that needs so much more of the warmth you provide. You have a special gift of making people feel valued, and your impact truly made our Super Bowl Sunday one for the books! We will definitely be back and hope to see you again! 🌟❤️🏈
Very clean, atmosphere was pleasing. Room was comfortable..service and attention to detail was great! Slots were lucky too!
Hard Rock Cafe is a nice casino and store. They had the most awesome memorabilia from very famous people. You can play all the slots and get something to eat too. The food is scrumptious. It is one of the nicest casinos in Atlantic City. You can buy some cool stuff at the hard Rock store. I highly recommend the hard Rock Cafe
A special thank you to Lynette, who was attentive, professional, and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us just the right amount. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!
The Service was Top Tier My Server Lynehe was excellent, helpful and recommended some amazing items. Lynehe was outstanding. I hope her Manager Nader gets this. I will definitely be back.
Hard Rock Cafe has a long history of providing great service, delicious food and epic drinks all surrounding by an exciting environment and lots of music memorabilia. Hard Rock Cafe AC is no different. Located in the centre of the Hard Rock Casino floor, this restaurant is in an epicenter of activity. One thing I really love about coming here, is that even though it is inside the casino it is a kid-friendly dining establishment. My son loved the atmosphere. It's a great spot to take in the sights and sounds of Atlantic City with your family. Service was great. Very friendly and attentive. I had the Pineapple Coconut Mojito, which was strong but very good. For dinner I had the Tupelo Chicken Platter. It was served hot and fresh. It was really, very good. The chicken tenders were breaded really nicely and tasted great!
Eric provided phenomenal experience to my table. He was the highlight of my visit. He is the typa dude I would invite back to the room to chill.
Came here a couple years ago for a trip and had a blast. The atmosphere was lively and fun, with great music and an awesome collection of rock memorabilia. The food was delicious and everything came out fresh and hot. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. With a reservation, service is fast, and the overall vibe makes it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal.
We made a reservation. Promptly attended to by hosts and management. Ty was our server, did a great job offering Nachos, then suggested his favorites. Food was good, but a little pricey for the quantity size. Overall great experience!
Straight in with a full FIVE STARS because that steak was absolutely perfect. After the long haul from Sydney to New York — and arriving with a horrible infection that completely wiped me out — this Hard Rock meal ended up being the last proper thing I could enjoy for almost a week… and honestly, what a meal to remember. Even the wait time was completely fair, especially considering we had no booking and it was pouring outside. So many people were trying to escape the wet and grab a solid meal, yet the line moved well and the staff handled the rush with ease. That alone deserves credit. And then the food… unforgettable. The photos say it all — that beautiful medium steak (because truly, if you’re not ordering medium, what are you even doing?). Every bite was spot‑on. The vibe, the energy, the company — it all came together as the perfect introduction to New York. The memorabilia here is next level, exactly as other reviewers mention on the page. Walls packed with iconic pieces, music history everywhere you look — it’s impossible not to wander around in awe. And for us, Hard Rock pin collecting is a family tradition, a fun way to mark our map as we travel, so visiting this location felt extra special. From the atmosphere to the service to the food, this Hard Rock was a show‑stopper on every level. LOVED IT.
Shameeka was fantastic. Made us feel welcome right from the start. Food was amazing as always with every Hard Rock we've been too. Jerome was an excellent server as well. Great for single, date night, groups and families. Can't wait to come back!!
The place is great Decoration as all HR Cafes, Very nice and friendly I got a delicious burger My Cutie got a salad with beef, just like what the have in the menu’s pic. Delicious We got orange juice , that ended be fresh and no ice, yeah too perfect. Thanks
After six years living in New York, I finally had my first real meal at the Hard Rock Café in Times Square, and it turned out to be a great spot before a Broadway show. My husband insisted that their burger was epic, and he was right. I ordered the Classic Smash Burger and it was delicious. The meat was well seasoned, flavorful, and cooked just right. It came with crispy fries and the portion was generous. Considering the location in Times Square and the fact that this is such a well-known international brand, the prices felt quite reasonable. The restaurant itself is huge and filled with iconic music memorabilia. There are framed pieces, instruments, and original items from internationally famous artists all around the space, which makes the atmosphere really fun and immersive. One thing I really appreciated is how large the bar area is. Even without a reservation, you can often find a seat there quickly. If you are heading to a Broadway show and need a reliable place to eat beforehand, this is actually a very convenient option since it is just a short walk from the theaters.
Went here 09/03/26, we had drinks at the bar before we had food. The bartender Leo is very friendly & helpful….what a lovely young man. I always have a bahama mama in every Hard Rock I visit (it’s become a tradition). Glasgow has always been the best but Leo made one that was on par with Glasgow…lush!! Food was nice, I had a burger for a change, very filling. Our server was friendly, happy & helpful. The place is lovely, atmosphere is good…thoroughly enjoyed my visit.
I visited the Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square with my partner and my son, who is autistic and non-verbal. I’m always a little apprehensive about how busy environments will handle our specific needs, but the team here was absolutely incredible. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, friendly, and genuinely accommodating for my son. It made our meal stress-free and truly enjoyable. On top of the top-tier service, the food was great and the atmosphere was electric. If you're looking for a welcoming spot in Manhattan that actually understands inclusive service, I highly recommend this place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had such a great time at Hard Rock Cafe! The food was absolutely delicious — the ribs were tender and flavorful, and everything came out perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was lively and full of good vibes, just what you expect from Hard Rock. A special thank you to our server, who took such wonderful care of us the entire afternoon. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed with a smile. It really made the whole experience extra special. Highly recommend this place for great food, great music, and amazing service! 🎸✨
Got MealPal here. The Cobb Salad was delicious and made to order. Very fresh and flavorful and loved that it came w/ two dressings on the side. Friendly and welcoming staff. I've never eaten here before bc I thought it was a tourist spot so I'm glad I discovered it on MealPal! The one criticism is the paper folding box - it kept opening. I suggest a container instead for take out.
This place was amazing! They had so much to offer and learn in terms of musicians that it was like we were eating at the museum! We literally walked around and checked everything out. Our food was decent but honestly not the best, especially for the high price. I will say that the brownie sundae dessert however made it all so worth it! We didnt expect it to be so huge so we both ordered our own and it was soooo perfect! The staff was the absolute best, most friendly and helpful people ever too! Loved the place! We enjoyed it thoroughly!! Definitely a must go to if youre in the area and its located off the tourist strip!
LOVED! The service was so prompt being that we had a tour in an hour. The server, David, was so cool and did everything possible to get us out on time. The food was amazing, bathrooms clean, the decor was so cool and there was a stage there for a live band. David told us we could take photos there. I didnt know what to expect, I reserved in advanced, never heard back but when we got there, they accomodated our party of 17. This was cool! I would definitely come back and bring another group!
Not only the Hard Rock Cafe has an incredible atmosphere, they have gourmet food with affordable prices. Their gift shop has souvenirs for those visiting Hollywood. Staff is super friendly and relaxed. This is one of those experiences where you leave happy and satisfied. Thanks to the chefs for making this occasion unforgettable.
03/30/26 20:15 reservations. We were seated (party of 7) at 20:27. Our servers were Alma and Brent. Alma was very nice and courteous BUT Brent was definitely our type of server!! He allows his personality to shine. We loved his quick wittiness. Anyone that can tell my mom to hush and call her out is definitely the server for us! We had an amazing time and the food was great! My family is here visiting but my husband and I will definitely be back soon!❤️
Right outside the Main Chinese Theater and the Hollywood walk of Stars. Food was great. server was fantastic. Wonderful atmosphere. Went during the World Premeire of the Masters of the Universe Movie, so the outside activity I am certain was more special than normal.
Hard Rock excels a providing great food and service while being surrounded by some awesome rock history. For being in the heart of Hollywood you can still get an "affordable" meal without paying tourist trap prices. All of the members of our party had a great dining experience. Service was top notch.
Our first time in Hollywood and the Hard Rock Cafe was awesome! The food, the atmosphere, the really awesome memorabilia, and our server Chris was top notch! We had a small wait to be seated so we shopped in the gift shop, but once we sat and ordered, our food arrived quickly and deliciously! Attached some, but not all the pics I took.
Hard Rock Cafe Hollywood sits on the Walk of Fame at 6801 Hollywood Blvd Ste 105, right in the tourist churn of Hollywood & Highland. Walk in and you’re hit with the brand’s classic formula—walls packed with music memorabilia, loud pop-rock soundtrack, and a gift shop near the exit—but the Hollywood location leans into movie-city flair. You’ll spot items tied to California artists and film culture alongside guitars and tour jackets; it feels more like an active museum than décor, which keeps first-timers occupied while waiting for a table. Recent Tripadvisor chatter describes it as reliable and central, good for families or groups who want air-conditioning and recognizable food after traipsing past the Chinese Theatre, though a few older reviews call out slow service during rushes—typical for any flagship here. 2Y983mdX Food-wise, expectations matter. You come for burgers, ribs, salad, and milkshakes, not cutting-edge LA cuisine. Reviews repeatedly praise portions and consistency—pulled-pork or hickory-barbecue plates appear in several write-ups—and the menu is kid-friendly, with vegetarian options noted on the chain’s site. If you’re chasing the “local hidden ramen joint,” this isn’t it; if you need a guaranteed spot with high chairs, American comfort food, and rock spectacle between sightseeing stops, it delivers. There’s also a modest stage area where cover or tribute acts perform some nights; the chain highlights live music and events, so checking the calendar helps if that’s your draw. 6BxM Logistics: the address is exact, steps from Metro Red Line/Ovation Hollywood; expect crowds, souvenir pricing, and a prompt from staff to browse retail. Best approach is to treat it as part of the Hollywood loop—snap the star plaques outside, eat, then move on before dinner lines peak. For a cheap thrill it’s effective, for fine dining it isn’t trying.
I loved being thete and they we're very nice. It has a gift shop there too. They had singers pictures and clothes in cases and stories about each. It somewhere to go and especially you haven't never been to one
