Pontoon Saloon

We did a company boat cruise with these guys and had a blast. The DJ/Bartender/master of all things was terrific. He had half our team up doing games while the rest of us enjoyed the show and some sunshine. As they said, this is not a "scenic tour" but we did manage to get some nice pictures anyway.

Amazing experience! The staff, Captain and Joel Crouse were awesome. Great experience all around. I highly recommend for a small or large group. We attended for a work outing and it was great to team building. Wonderful if you’re also wanting to capture scenic photos. There is a bathroom onboard.

This is soooo much fun!!! Highly recommended a private cruise - we had the BEST time doing a holiday party on Pontoon Saloon and it was the best decision. The crew was fantastic, they played our favorite music and the drinks were perfect! We could bring our own food and had an amazing spread of snacks and we danced and snacked for a few hours. I might have to make this a new tradition because all my friends loved it so much. We took pics and looked at the views of the city- it was magical!! 10 outta 10

I have now partied on the Pontoon Saloon three times, each time better than the last. In one week I was able to enjoy the Pontoon Saloon twice for two separate birthday occasions. PJ was our bartender and kept the party going all while being 100% professional and 200% fun. I recommend the pontoon saloon to anyone looking for a unique experience and enjoys being on the water!

A boat ride on the Cumberland River was filled with good vibes. My group boarded for a day drinking trip down the river. Drinks are available for purchase. Drinking games were led by the bartender. Music was bumping throughout the 2-hour trip. Conveniently picked up on the dock near the pedestrian bridge.

10/10 I definitely recommend anyone to do this!! The wife and I celebrated her birthday on this cruise! Everyone was an absolute pleasure! We had a blast!!!

Rain couldn’t stop the celebration! I had an amazing time celebrating my 40th birthday. Even with the rain, we made the best of the trip and enjoyed every moment. Thank you for the fun boat ride and the unforgettable experience!

First time on the river! It was extra exciting because I got to ride with Jimbo and Terri! It was so fun and I learned all about Cave-Baby. Overall, it was very interactive and informative. I will recommend to many many people!

Jimbo and captain Andrew were fantastic, Andrew kept us safe on the water and Jimbo kept us entertained with music historical facts and took photos for us.highly recommend

The Nashville Water Taxi History Cruise is one of the coolest ways to experience the city. Seeing the Nashville skyline and landmarks from the Cumberland River gives you a completely different perspective on this beautiful city! Jimbo was our narrator and did an incredible job — super knowledgeable, entertaining, and full of great stories about Nashville’s history. Captain G kept everything running smoothly and made the ride feel relaxed and enjoyable. If you’re looking for things to do in Nashville beyond Broadway, this boat tour is definitely worth it. Great for visitors and locals alike.

Had an amazing experience. Captain G did so great handling the pontoon, and Jimbo was knowledgeable with interesting facts, and pointing out different animals along the way.This was their first taxi of the season, but we only knew that after they told us. If you want an amazing, relaxing, fabulous trip, this is what you need to do. So nice to see the city from a different perspective. Highly recommend

Captain Terri & Jimbo were excellent hosts! We had a smooth ride all the way, and learned some great things about Nashville and the Cumberland River. They really made it so fun for all the people on board, and there were lots of great photo opportunities. We had a wheelchair user in our party and they took extra care to keep her safe. Outstanding experience. Everybody was so wonderful ....the captain of the boat and Jimbo. He really knows his history. I loved it. I loved it. I loved it. Everybody on board was wonderful as well. It's very easy to get to and I was very impressed with everything around the area and how accessible it was to Broadway. I would highly recommend this tour and we'll probably do it again.

This was such a great time! The tour was so good! The history was interesting and Jim and Cody were amazing! This was such a great way to celebrate my husband's birthday! They played music for him and we had such an unforgettable time! If you're in Nashville or planning to visit, this is a must do!

This was a simply delightful way to experience Nashville! Captain Teri had a keen eye for wildlife in the banks as she expertly steered up and down the river. Guide Jimbo kept us all engaged with fascinating stories about the region both part and present. It felt like a "behind the scenes tour" of the city!

Terri and Jimbo are fantastic as a duo. Jimbos knowledge of history of Nashville and Terris' input and professional handling of the boat made for such a great afternoon. 5 stars +. I highly recommend this trip.

We had a wonderful experience with Captain Andrew and Jimbo down the Cumberland River! The boat was comfortable, there was beverage service, and there were beautiful views. Jimbo was very knowledgeable about the area and it's history and he also did a great job of making everyone feel like we were on a "family cruise". Be careful! He may even ask you to dance with him! I know most people come to Nashville for the honky tonks and the fun, and it is certainly that, but do yourself a favor and take a little bit of time to take a cruise down the river. You will be glad you did.

The history boat cruise was amazing. Jumbo is a true history buff sharing all sorts of Nashville's history. Definetly one of the best things to do in this area. Captain did a great job navigating the boat. Jumbo pointed out many hidden treasures along the way

If you’re going to Nashville for a party or even just want to enjoy a pontoon ride this is a must book for your trip!!!!! The crew was so nice friendly and awesome at getting everyone loosened up.

This was a fun experience! We had a nice time. Sadly, we were the last group that was boarded (although we were the largest group and showed up early) and were in the full sun, sharing an ice chest with another group. Still, fun experience.

We had so much fun!!! I really loved this experience because it was incredibly easy to book, the location was perfect (right by downtown), and the crew was fantastic. The bar on the boat was awesome and the music was phenomenal. I really liked that there were other bachelor parties on the boats too so it felt like we got to meet new people. We even hung out with one of the bachelor parties after the boat ride! The boat was spacious and I feel like it was totally reasonably priced. You really get a bank for your buck. My best friend loved the experience and we got to make memories that we will never forget on the pontoon saloon. I would definitely recommend this experience to my other friends and family!

We had so much fun on board the Pontoon Saloon. The crew was amazing at keeping the party going. The crowd was also great and it made the time fly by. The sights are also amazing from the boat, so great picture opportunities. We loved it and would definitely recommend it again.

I loved the pontoon saloon so much. It was great to not only be on the water, but to be around so many other friendly parties! The DJ played some excellent throwbacks and even took a request from the bride-to-be to play her favorite song. It was a great experience, and I definitely recommend it!

I enjoyed the pontoon saloon because it was BYOB but they also still had a bar as well. The driver was a blast and got everyone up and dancing, playing drinking games together, and talking to each other. We had a great time!

They hyped the crowd up and made the tour so much fun! I’d definitely do it again!
