I attend The Aroma Exchange that happened on September 13th at the Rafah Luxury Hair salon in Weho! I had a blast, I never knew I could make my own perfume or replica one but remove certain scents that I did not like. Dee Dee, the Curated Affairs.CA owner and experience coordinator offered two perfume kits. Baccarat Rouge 540 and Chanel N.5, I picked Chanel. I was not too familiar with either perfume, but I liked a few of the perfume notes that made up Chanel. Rose, jasmine, and sandalwood were the notes that stood out. Dee Dee was very patient, she helped each person at each table if they missed a step. She walked us through everything, even capping our mini traveling perfume bottles. Rafah Salon is gorgeous very glamorous old world Hollywood, the decorations and tables were perfect for the event. Curated Affairs created a flower wall for people to make flowers bouquets to take home. They served beverages, appetizers and cookies all from local companies. I made sure to grab the contact info for the cookies, lol. My only complaint is I wish Curated Affairs had more events closer to Riverside where I live. Driving to Weho, we all know parking can be a pain. She mostly host events in OC and LA, so just more events in the IE that are easier to travel to and park at. But all in all it was a fun memorable experience and I'd do it again and bring friends.

I had an amazing time at the Aroma exchange on Saturday September 13th. Dee Dee was an excellent host, and very knowledgeable with creating scents, her event had cool people there. The vibe was amazing 🤗. I really enjoyed making my own signature perfume scent. A time was had, this was definitely a fun event to do while living in LA.

The Rafah Salon soft opening event was fun and amazing! I learned a lot about fragrance and different notes that go together. I learned what I truly like in fragrances and making one that speaks to me and is my own, was top tier!

I had the pleasure of attending a fragrance workshop with a group of other women. We had such a great time! We had wine, great food, beautiful ambiance, and were able to take home a bouquet of flowers after making our mini fragrances. I can’t wait for the next event!

Dee Dee was amazingly helpful with helping me find a perfume I liked at the Black Raven Market Place. The decorations for her booth were stunning, the jewel tone beaded placemats and crystal perfume bottles were my favorite. She had three signature perfumes for me to try. I fell in love with "Smoke & Mirrors", it has vanilla, jasmine and amber. It's sweet smelling without being overly sweet and I love that she encouraged me to try laying with my perfumes at home. I wish she had larger perfume bottle options. She only had roll on applicators and vintage crystal wand applicator bottles. She did offer to order larger spray perfume bottles for me, but I wanted it then. Otherwise great event, she is very knowledgable about perfume notes and layers

This fragrance event was a hit! It by far has been one of my favorite events hosted at the salon. Dee Dee decorated the salon beautifully, the interactive parts of the event really pulled the guests in!
