Great place, ideally located if you're looking to go into Nashville it's self or accessing the surrounding areas. Chase was always available to help out, provide recommendations or answer questions. Would highly recommend 5 stars

We had a great stay at Chase’s massive two-connected-houses AirBnB in July 2025. Our friend was celebrating her 40th. We had people flying in from all over — including couples & single people. We LOVED how spacious the houses were and the variety of room options, and enough bathrooms for all. We had excellent AC and lots of different and distinct hang out spaces: we had fun getting ready at the glam bar, did a morning meditation outside on the porch with AMAZING egg chairs, and games in the main loving areas! The garages do not have AC but we were able to use the space to organize all our decor for the party offsite. Chase was EXTREMELY responsive. He wrote us back immediately when we needed extra hangers and olive oil, he had them sent via Instacart right away. The beds are very comfortable — especially the bunk rooms that have big adult-size bunks! The house is clearly made for large Nashville bachelorette parties and birthday parties like us and we strongly recommend it.

House was great and very clean! Chase was very attentive and flexible with our large group. Great location and easy to get an uber to Broadway.

Chase was an amazing host and made us feel right at home. The house was perfect for our group of 16 girls with the cutest décor, plenty of comfy beds and space for getting ready, great location just a short ride from broadway. We loved all the amenities, especially the hot tub and party garage. The house had everything you could need and more and is a must stay!

Absolutely incredible stay! The location couldn't be more perfect - just minutes from everything we wanted to explore. The house itself was truly amazing: so welcoming, immaculately clean, and incredibly inviting. We slept wonderfully and already miss it! Chase was an outstanding host, super responsive and helpful. We can't wait to stay here again!

My team recently stayed at these Nashville homes for work, and they had a great experience. The location was convenient, just a short drive from downtown. The house was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Would recommend!

We were able to sleep 19 adult males and had plenty of space. The property is 2 separate houses that do not conjoin at all, and must exit one house to enter the other so it works well for larger groups with the benefit of a little more privacy. Ride-shares are also pretty fair to Broadway for the night out!

Stayed at Chase’s property in Nashville during July 4th weekend with 6 friends and throughly enjoyed every minute of your stay! The house itself was in pristine condition with excellent amenities throughout the house and spotless bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas! Chase was very accommodating and flexible to meet our demands including an early check-in that aligned with our flights. The location was perfect for myself and friends, a short uber from the airport and a short uber to all the action in Nashville, including Broadway! The house itself slept us very comfortably with room to spare. All electronics and kitchen appliances were in excellent conditions and worked perfectly! Would highly recommend staying at this house and can’t thank Chase enough for being a kind gracious host, 10/10 would stay there again!

What a great space!! Our soccer boys and coaches had the BEST time and felt right at home with all of the accommodations. Chase was fantastic and easy to communicate with!
