The staff was fantastic very professional and polite. By far the overall experience is why I go back because I know that when I’m at my lowest that not only the product but the staff will lift spirits and the next day will be much better whether I am sick or run down

Arcadia location - Excellent service and very professional. I met with a nurse practitioner by telehealth who asked important health questions to make sure I was qualified for the IV therapy. Thank you staff for making me feel safe.

Everyone here is so amazing and kind. They definitely know what they are doing. Shannon was exceptional. She was a true angel to me and was able to get me with one try. She made sure to take her time and do her job properly. I have difficult veins and she handled the challenge like a pro. I thank her for not trying to rush. Been coming here for years, I absolutely love the staff! They all have excellent bedside manner and are always so sweet and attentive. If you've thought about trying IV therapy, I would absolutely recommend coming here!

This place was amazing. I came in because I’m old and had a massive hangover I walked out a new man. The staff is extra nice and friendly. I felt no pain. The atmosphere and energy was warm. It was my first time and I felt very well taken care of. They have cool merch too. I’m coming back.

This place is wonderful! I suffer from chronic migraines and need IVs frequently. The staff at the Arcadia location is so caring, professional, and knowledgeable! I am a VERY hard stick. Most medical professionals have a very hard time with my veins. One paramedic just gave up and I had to wait until I got to the hospital! I have been in and out of a lot of different ERs, hospitals, and urgent cares for treatment and have even been deemed un-iv-able by the speciality IV team at one local hospital. Usually it takes a few different people a couple of tries- even with the ultrasound/speciality teams. I have even been turned away from another IV place because they exceeded their policy on number of tried allowed before I found this place. I have never had a problem here. The skilled nurses here are phenomenal! They blow those speciality teams with their extra equipment in the hospitals out of the water! I can't even begin to express how thankful I am I found this place! I have also been to their other locations including Flagstaff and I find the same level of exceptional skill at each one. The owner clearly vetted their nurses and only hires the best! Thank you guys for continuing to provide such compassion care over the years!

We’ve been going to the one on Glendale at 67th. It was a great experience to go to the other bar. That’s a little different than the one we used to. Everyone was extremely nice and we’re very glad we went. Thank you.

I stopped by Hydrate IV Bar Arcadia during my trip to Scottsdale and had such a great experience! The staff here is so welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. I got the Recovery IV, and when I mentioned the headache I’d been dealing with for several days, the nurses recommended adding Toradol. I felt SO much better afterwards! The spa itself was clean, relaxing, and professional. Overall, a very positive experience!

Taylor is awesome at the front desk. She’s the perfect ambassador and advisor for this service. Very kind and classy too. Ashley was a great nurse and very helpful with education This is a great wellness business for customers to experience and I think it would be great for more people to become franchisees. The founder Kate has created an excellent wellness business.

This is another location I visited as a member since I was in the Scottsdale area for a self-care day . Everybody…starting at the front desk and the nurse Whitney were so nice! I also got a Vitamin D3 injection after my Myers cocktail , that was the most painless injection! Definitely visit any of the hydrate locations you won’t be disappointed!

The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and guided us through the entire process, making us feel at ease. The nurse who administered the IV was both professional and friendly. The environment was spotless and hygienic, yet still very relaxing. The whole procedure took less than an hour. I was looking for something to help with inflammation from weight training and Jiu Jitsu, and it worked wonders, providing relief from the pains I'd been experiencing. I'll definitely return and highly recommend it!

I walked in with little time to spare on a day I needed to be at the airport within 1.5 hours. These ladies squeezed me in, without missing any medical necessities, hooked me up to an iv, and I made it to the airport on time hydrated to fly! The place was clean, comfortable and just what I needed!

I just tried out the new Hydrate IV Bar in North Scottsdale. I’ve been to their Arcadia location but this was on my way to a meeting. The space is beautiful, inviting and relaxing. The staff is super nice, fun, friendly and welcoming. I had the Katie Cocktail IV and it was relaxing lying there in a new recliner and getting hydrated. I feel great and I’m sure I’ll sleep well tonight. I love this place!

I’ve been a member for approximately a 1 1/2 years and have had such an amazing experience with Hydrate IV Bar. The staff is so wonderful and I’ve notice a significant difference in my heath. In addition to feeling more energetic, I rarely get sick and when I do, it’s very mild.
