Erica was wonderful to work with and helped me put together 2 awesome charm necklaces. She was very responsive to messages and patiently answered ALL of my questions. After many changes in chains and charms with accompanying pics, we finally had 2 pieces my daughter and I both love. She even included a little something extra for my daughter who is going to be a freshman in college! So sweet! One of the best experiences I have ever had! ❤️
