The crew was professional, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly the entire time. Booking was easy, communication was on point, and they really went above and beyond to make it special. I booked this excursion back in November for a March batch party. We did have fun and enjoyed a beautiful day on the boat. However, it was not what we had envisioned. There was very poor communication, and we didn’t hear anything from the booking people until day of. There was no signage and finding the location was confusing. Our captain did not speak English. Thankfully I am fluent in Spanish but otherwise we would not have been able to communicate. No crew just a captain.
