This Airbnb was amazing inside and outside. Will definitely come back to stay here when I’m back in Austin. The host is also very attentive and made the check in and out a breeze.

Thank you for all, every rooms of the house is so amazing, is very comfortable house, is a beautiful home. Area pool is so nice, it has good barbecue and a good living room. We loved the pool and the backyard. The owner is very responsive, they answered every questioned we asked quickly. The house had everything you need to have a good time.

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was a lot of fun, and the two separate sides made it easy to keep the adults and kids comfortably apart. The location is just a short walk to Rainey Street, which was a big plus. While the property was a bit tricky to locate at first, Guest Haus sent clear and proactive instructions that made everything easy to figure out. We'd happily stay here again!

Had an amazing stay at this place. It is exactly as described. Initially the house is a little tricky to find but they give you clear instructions and a picture showing you exactly how to get to the house. Each room is spacious and beds are comfortable. The pull out couches are also great. The house comfortably fit all 7 of us. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating and allowed a late checkout due to an evening flight out of Austin l. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

House and location was perfect for 9 person bachelor party. Minutes away from 6th St, 7th St, and Rainey, as well all other Austin highlights. Host was very communicative and check in was simple.

the house smells new everything is super clean and very comfortable has many areas of the house where you can relax and the view on the rooftop is spectaculas, the jacuzzi is huge everything is excellent

This place is absolutely gorgeous. The three levels make it feel super spacious, and the design is modern m, albeit with a slightly masculine vibe—but really well furnished and comfy. We loved the hot tub and pool, and spent so much time on the third-floor outdoor space just taking in the view of the city. It was honestly the perfect hangout spot. The hosts were great. It seems like they’re new to hosting, but they were super responsive and helpful. A few things needed tweaking when we arrived, like getting the hot tub going and bringing over some small essentials—but every time I reached out, they replied within 20 minutes and had everything sorted so fast. I really appreciated that. Only thing I’d mention is the primary bedroom gets pretty bright since it doesn’t have blinds. The host let me know in advance (which I appreciated!), and they left eye masks for me and my partner, which was a sweet and thoughtful touch. Overall, we had a great stay and I’d definitely rent this p

I had a group stay here for a work trip and we didn't spend much time in the residence but when we did it was very nice. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were which is great. The only issues we had was with the gate, after 4 days I still don't think we learned how to use it properly.
