Mignon is a great host , easy to communicate with and the place had all the amenities as per the listing, very clean as well. Had a great stay .

We absolutely loved staying here with my 3 other girlfriends!! The place was just as described and spotless!! Mignon was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very kind. Would definitely stay here again!

Mignon’s place was so clean and provided ample space for us to relax after being in the city. Communication was great and we were thrilled to stay at this fun apartment!

Mignon was very nice and responsive. The place is in a great location and easy to find/get to once you know where it is. Right next to spirit/beer/wine store. Bus stop is only a block away to get into city. Plenty of restaurants around. Very clean apartment that was well decorated! Only possible complaint was not realizing that you must use stairs (1 flight) to get into BNB and that the beds are very firm mattresses. Still, great value for price point. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The stay was very pleasant. The apartment is warm, bright and spacious. Its fun and glamorous decoration. We really enjoyed it and felt right at home. Mignon has always been attentive, willing and flexible. I recommend it 100%!

We came into town to watch a comedy show at Radio City. We wanted to stay on the NJ side to get more value for our money. Before checkin we had lunch at a local bakery that was delicious! We ate there on Sunday morning too before we departed. Getting into Mignon's place was a piece of cake, she set expectations early and often and provided clear communications throughout. She has an incredible content creator room! Before we departed for the day we gassed up the ring light and took some high quality group pics. Mignon's location is excellent! Very quite street, walkable and easy pick up / drop off. On our first day we took a 15 minute stroll down to the pier and caught the ferry to spend the day in NYC. By the end of the day we opted for an Uber back to Hoboken for dinner and drinks. Uber wasn't too expensive (around $50-60). The beds and apartment were very comfortable. Mignon has thought of everything! The water pressure in the place in excellent and the shower is glorius!

I think it had more advantages than a hotel in downtown Manhattan. The host's quick response was also surprising. Thanks to you, it was a relaxing Thanksgiving holiday with a family of four. ^^

Best place I’ve ever stayed. It was beautifully designed, clean, and so comfortable. The attention to detail was INSANE and I could not stop smiling. Such a great location and will definitely be staying again next time I’m in the area. Cannot recommend enough.

Friendly host and lovely home! We enjoyed discovering all the themed details and the neighborhood is full of convenient shops and restaurants. 100% would recommend to friends visiting the city.

Our stay was great. The host was nice and clear about instructions. The location was cool, not too far away from what we wanted to do in New York. Home was clean and all amenities were functioning properly. The host was helpful in having local places and suggestions listed.
