​I had a last-minute request for a private chef for a pre-Mother’s Day celebration at our Airbnb in Panama City Beach, and Chef Bobby’s team truly delivered. ​ Our personal chef for the evening, Kenny, was instantly likable. He struck the perfect balance of being friendly and engaging—answering all our questions while staying focused on the meal—and then quietly receding into the background during dinner to allow us to enjoy our private family time. It was a seamless, professional experience from start to finish. We told them we were a seafood-loving group, and they curated a perfect menu within our budget. We started with a duo of hot and cold appetizers that were beautifully presented and perfectly paired. The main course - crispy-skin red snapper - was executed flawlessly, served over a rich mushroom risotto with snappy green beans and caramelized onions. ​Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, dessert arrived. Kenny transformed a standard cheesecake into something extraordinary with a "to-die-for" caramelized blackberry sauce. ​ Huge thanks to Kenny and the team at Chef Bobby Jones for making this such a memorable evening for my mom and our guests. If you are in the PCB area, I cannot recommend them enough!
