Sage Outdoor Adventures

From the white waters of Colorado to the mountain trails on ATVs Colton with Sage was an AWESOME guide!!! We got to spend an entire day with Colton he picked us up Saturday morning from the hotel & greeted us with a big smile & great conversation on the drive to Sage. Then we got with our rafting group & hit the water- we had a blast! The rapids were great the scenery was just beautiful & Colton was full of so much knowledge about the area we were rafting which was so cool to be able to learn some history about an area we have driven through so many times. Next we changed clothes then Colton drove us to the ranch for the ATV tour in the mountain- 2 hours of FUN! Colton loves his job that is so obvious from how he handles himself with the clients & while he is working. What a great company & what an awesome guide! We are planning to bring our kids back in December to snowmobile with Sage & hoping we can link back up with Colton! Thanks Sage & Colton for an awesome adventure!! Great choice for our outdoor adventure, couldn’t have picked a better company! Wesley was our tour guide for snowmobiling and he made the experience amazing! Full of information, great vibe, took us on beautiful trails with breathtaking views. Even brought hot cocoa to warm us up while taking in the beautiful snowcaps. All the staff was friendly, definitely booking with Sage again on our next trip back to Colorado.

Our group had the most amazing tour with our guide CHASE! From start to finish, everything was seamless. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made safety the top priority while still ensuring we had an absolute blast; (he even brought hot cocoa on the tour with us to enjoy)! The trails were stunning with breathtaking views & snow covered landscapes. We even got to stop at a few scenic spots for photos. The snowmobiles were in excellent condition and were easy to handle even for beginners. If you’re looking for adventure or just to soak in the beauty of the Colorado mountains, this tour is perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable winter experience!

Jen “Turbo” was a fantastic tour guide. The tour felt much more “adventurous” than other snomobile tours weve done. We saw deer, we saw sightseeing spots, had some very nice terrain and overall and excellent time! Well worth the visit!

We had the most incredible snowmobile excursion with Sage Outdoor Adventures! Our tour guide, Grant, was truly the best guide we’ve ever had. We had a party of 9, and this was our very first time ever snowmobiling. Not knowing what to expect, Grant was extremely patient, kind, and made all of us feel completely at ease. We’re a family from Texas, and thanks to Grant, this experience was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we booked online to the calls and text messages with the staff, everyone was so responsive, professional, and welcoming. The process was seamless— we drove to the address, parked our SUVs, and they picked us up in a small bus and transported us to the office where we were greeted and fitted with all the equipment we needed. They even have bathrooms and snacks available for purchase, which was super convenient. The highlight of the trip was when Grant surprised us with hot chocolate at the top of the mountain while we stopped for photos and took in the breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. It was truly magical. We will definitely be booking with Sage Outdoor Adventures again. Highly recommend this experience to anyone—whether it’s your first time or you’re experienced!

We had an amazing experience with Wes at Sage Outdoor! My family elected to do the Shoshone Triple Thriller rafting trip, and it was an absolute blast. From start to finish, Wes brought the best energy and made us feel totally safe. The rapids were class 3 which was the perfect degree of thrilling and fun for my family of various ages. The scenery through the Glenwood Canyon was also beautiful. We can't wait to book another excursion with Wes at Sage Outdoor!

Our group of 14 was in Vail for a work retreat, and we had an absolute blast on the side-by-side guided ATV tour with Sage Outdoor Adventures! Rain and mud added to the fun and excitement, and Sage had all the gear to keep us comfy. Our guides were fantastic, the ATV trails were thrilling and full of twists and turns, and the views were breathtaking. It was the perfect combination of adventure and team bonding. We highly recommend this for anyone looking for a thrilling outdoor experience!"

Our group of 8 was scammed by Turtle Tubing, and Sage hooked us up day-of with a raft and shuttle service. We had a fantastic float on the river and will definitely be booking with them in the future. Thank you!

My family and I had an absolutely unforgettable experience whitewater rafting with Sage Outdoor Adventures. From start to finish, everything was seamless and well organized. We were picked up right on time at our hotel by the friendly Sage staff, which made things so easy and stress-free. Once we arrived at the river, we were impressed with how professional and knowledgeable our guide was—he truly made the day exceptional. His enthusiasm, expertise, and even the occasional joke helped us feel safe while still keeping the ride exciting and fun. The rafting itself was an incredible adventure, the rapids were thrilling combined with moments of calm that let us soak in the breathtaking scenery. One of the most memorable highlights of the trip was spotting a bear along the shoreline! It felt like something out of a nature documentary. There were quite a few boats on the river that day, but the whole operation was run so smoothly that it never felt crowded or chaotic. Everyone in our group had a blast. This was, without a doubt, one of the best outdoor experiences we’ve ever had as a family. Our son is already talking about coming back again next year!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! This was the best time me and my girlfriend could ever ask for. The sign in process was super easy and we were in a machine and ready to rip within 5 minutes of pulling up. We did the side by side mountain tour. It was amazing with great views and the trails you go on take you by historic buildings that were here long before this place. Our guide was great her name was jen and she definitely didn’t hold back on showing us everything this place has to offer!!!!!

Josh was an amazing tour guide! They do a great job in preparing you for what to expect with everything from what to wear, to where to go. The side by sides where exactly as advertised, in great condition, a really excellent experience. The views are what really did it though. You see awesome scenery and really get to enjoy the fresh air. We are already looking at booking our next adventure!

Awesome sxs tour with “Turbo” today!! Sage’s side by sides are brand new for the season and we had so much fun driving around their massive wilderness property and seeing the sights. I highly recommend Sage for any guided outdoor activity!!

We rented 15 side by sides for a company retreat! Sage did a fantastic job setting up the reservation, explaining where the best riding would be and all around nice people! Thanks for making the experience so amazing.

We took a Class II rafting experience. Everything was on time and we had a wonderful experience. Our guide, Jessie, was so patient with our kid who had lots of questions. She even went the extra mile and swam out with her for the cannonball island fun. You can tell the guides are very empathetic and intuitive with not just nature but every person on the boat. Would highly recommend!
