Two capsules with water before bedtime. There is a whole list of ingredients that cover the gamut of vitamins. The water is important to help with re-hydration. There is no discernible flavor to the capsules. Really a good choice IMHO.

I've tried cheers restore and it seems to help about 10% but still had bad headaches and other hangover symptoms. This product is an absolute lifesaver! Since I turned 30, if I have two glasses of wine the next day is an absolute nightmare!!! ...
