This was a wonderful experience. Jack was fantastic. It was lovely to have a personal tour as opposed to a big crowded boat. There were six of us and we’d all highly recommend this to anyone visiting Miami.

Great family trip with Captain Monica!

Captain Monica was amazing! Super nice & knowledgeable. She knew exactly where to go to have an amazing animal encounter. The raccoons were friendly & loved the eggs & water the most of all the snacks. They do get a little feisty w/ each other while getting fed as they are wild, but that didn’t scare me. I just LOVED them!!!

Captain Monica was excellent, knowledgeable and charming. The kids had a lot of fun, feeding raccoons and then snorkeling. It went too quickly, but that is always a good sign! Would definitely recommend.

I have never written a Google review before, but I had to for this company and Captain Jack Richardson. We had such a nice time. He was so kind, considerate, and safe while driving. Sometimes, being a nervous boater, I get anxious about driving with someone I don’t know. I was not nervous on the water with him at all. I could tell he was well informed on boating safety and I felt comfortable the entire boat ride. He took us on a great tour and showed us a stop to swim. I can’t recommend him enough. So thoughtful and kind!! If I am back in the area in the future, will definitely come back to this company and request him.

Captain Monica was wonderful!! What a great way to spend an afternoon in Miami. I told Monica my kids wanted to see wildlife, so she took us to Raccoon Island. It was amazing and totally made it a “once in a lifetime” experience. Thank you Monica!

I loved the tour!

We booked through Viator and unfortunately Viator had an issue but we still got compensated with a private tour instead. Our captain, Monica, was very accommodating and nice during the entire trip.

Monica was amazing. She helped with taking pictures and even made sure we could take a lot of pictures with the dolphins!
