Recently booked a bachelorette party, for a group of ten, with this wonderful company and don't have enough words to describe how amazing everything was. From the beginning, Francesca was very quick at responding and accommodating our requests up to the very last minute. She, Selena and Unika made the workshop a highlight of our weekend. Everyone felt instantly comfortable from the warm and enthusiastic environment they provided. By the end of the class, we were already planning on coming back. Thank you to everyone at Fempress Fit for the exceptional workshop!!

Perfect bachelorette party activity! Francesca was a life saver scheduling our bachelorette party class last minute! Her energy was great. She made sure we all had a great time. I booked a bachelorette party/class with Fempress Fit and could not have been happier! The booking process was easy, they were very responsive, and the class, space, and environment was AMAZING! We had so much fun taking the class and learning a routine. They even played paparazzi and took photos and videos to capture our day. After the class we opened presents, drank champagne, and had some snacks. Everyone was so upbeat and welcoming. I will definitely be back! <3

Amazing experience! My friends and I took a pole/lap dance class as part of my best friends bachelorette weekend. All the ladies were super accommodating and attentive, the location was amazing and super unique, and the class its was super fun. We a large group and all beginners but the introductory made everyone was on track and having fun. Would recommend them to everyone!

We went to Fempress Fit for a bachelorette party dance class and could not have been happier! They were so accommodating, sweet and made everyone feel very comfortable. The instructor was so great with everyone in my party and the class made us feel so good, empowered, strong and sexy. I would recommend to anyone wanting a fun girls night, a bachelorette party or a new challenge for a workout class!

I can’t express how much I love this place. Francesca really does care about her clients as well as every employee there! They go out of their way to make a clean, professional, and fun atmosphere! The instructors are all great, but I work with Jen for Lyra classes and she is exceptional. The best part about FEMPRESS Fit is it is STRICTLY women only. One time there were going to be men in the studio to finish some work and Francesca called me ahead of time to let me know this, which I highly appreciated because I had an uncomfortable experience one time with men. Francesca has made this a very comfortable space. Love you guys!

I highly recommend this studio to anyone who is curious about starting pole! I had zero experience and zero upper body strength (or so I thought!) but I dove in and am so glad I did. The intro classes are super accessible and so welcoming. Aleen is a fantastic teacher, she makes it fun and still makes sure you get a good work out. I couldn’t believe I left my first class already knowing how to do a spin. I’ve been going for about a month now and am so excited for each class. Level 1 tricks and transitions is so fun, and the floor work classes make me feel like a “sexy snake”!

Five starts for Femrpess Fit! A group of 14 ladies were lucky to take the private class Twerk and Twerl with Unica, who is an awesome instructor. She led a great warmup with a couple across the floor exercises to practice the basic twerk moves. We then worked on a learning a short twerk/pole combination routine the rest of the time. She had a great playlist, and was very attentive to making sure everyone felt comfortable, had fun, and learned! Francesca, the owner, was so fun to have in the room with us taking pictures and videos and cheering us on. She even took us to the rooftop before the class to get some photos with the Chicago skyline in the background. What a blast!

I celebrated my best friend bachelorette party there yesterday and I have to say it was incredible ! The instructor made us feel very comfortable from the moment we get in the room, the decoration was amazing! The instructions were clear and all the staff were really nice and attentive! I enjoyed the food it was really good ! I wasn’t expecting a lot of food for six people, it was enough ! The dance routine that was shown to us is something that will be unforgettable! And just made us want to learn more. The owner was not there but she was always available when I called or text, she is amazing I love her! She answer all of my questions and has an incredible energy, her specialty sauce was delicious! And overall was great! I wish I could have met her ! But hopefully when I book my classes 😊
