10/10 NO NOTES!!!! If you’re looking for a candle making class that is fully guided, and has thought and care this one is for you!! Christian taught our class and he was extremely thorough and there were a perfect amount of oil blends scents to choose from. The store section is so great too! Highly recommend coming for an awesome experience!!!

Tonight my girlfriend and I went to the candle making class and we had SUCH a good time. For somebody that had no clue about what to expect I thought the experience was super informative but also a great date night. 10/10 would come back especially for a fun night in/date night out.

Had a great doing the candle making class. Super cute date idea or an activity to do with friends. The candle scents are amazing/unique and the owner leading the class was so nice and helpful. Their shop is also filled with amazing candles/gifts!

Nose Best is my favorite candle company! They have unique and expensive smelling candles for a steal, great for gifts with the holidays right around the corner. Plus they have the cutest cheeky names and coordinating playlists if you want to "set the mood" wink wink! I was so delighted when they started offering candle making classes! You get to customize your own scent and hand pour it yourself. Such a great date or chance to do something fun with your friends! The instructor/owner was so informative and entertaining, and I felt really accomplished and proud of my personalized candle by the end of class. He went at an easy pace so I never felt rushed and had the opportunity to catch up with my friend over a complimentary drink. Highly recommend the class if you're in the area, and if not, buy a few candles online, you won't be disappointed!

I’ve been waiting for Nose Best to start candle making classes & they’re finally here!! First off, the space is amazing, perfect speakeasy vibes, disco balls & all. I had the best time picking out my scents & learning what it takes to make a candle! I couldn’t ask for a funnier + helpful duo (Britney & Cristian) to walk us through the process. Im truly obsessed with the candle I made & I can’t wait to take all my friends here!!

I’ve never done candle making prior to this. However, this class made it really easy to follow along to make candles that my girlfriend and I are happy with! Brittany and Mo did a good job leading the class, while sharing their knowledge on the types of scents that work best with one another. I would highly recommend anyone that’s looking for a date activity to look into this!

We had such a fun candle making workshop ...it wasn't rushed, had time to smell all the different oils ...great music playing as well ..the instructors were helpful and good sense of humor !!! Will definitely come back !!! Kudos

My all time favorite store to shop and browse around when in Bushwick!!!! The atmosphere is always so cozy and they’re always playing the tunes! My partner and I recently did their candle making class and it was probably one of the best experiences we’ve done this year. The candle making studio is so nice and intimate, it’s perfect for a date night! Cristian and Britt were very helpful and walked us through the entire process which was lovely. You get to choose your own vessel and scents and a large candle for $75 which is a steal. Not only do you get the candle making experience, they add a $10 gift certificate to shop in the store and a complimentary drink!! We had a blast and will be definitely be back. Higgghhllyyy recommend to do this with friends and loved ones!!!

Very nice and small chill candle shop. The smells are great and I honestly enjoyed the options they had. On top of that, I did take one of the candle making classes and it was a very fun experience alongside some wine!

Took about 90 minutes. You leave with your perfume ready to wear (it does take 2 weeks to cure properly but wearable right away as well). I loved my scent! It was very fun getting creative and took more out of me than I anticipated. I can’t wait to wear my scent this summer.

Just took the perfume making class at nose best and it was such as a fantastic experience!!!! Cristian and Brittany were great at walking us through every step and explaining in depth the process of making a perfume. Smelling all the different scents was such a blast and so interesting to see how the different scents mixed and matched. Just an hour well spent and now I get to go home with a perfume I absolutely love!!!

Such a fun experience coming up with your own signature scent! Cristian led us through the whole process step by step, so you literally can’t go wrong.

What a fun frigging time! I felt like part scientist part scent designer. I absolutely love the fragrance I created! And the class was super easy with the help of the menu and instruction. Highly recommend!

I just took their new perfume class and it was incredibly fun and exactly the perfect activity to do with my friends! This would be great to do if you’re throwing a birthday or bachelorette party. Cristian and Brittany, the owners, are wonderful!! Even though it’s a 2 hour class, the time went by so quickly because I was enjoying myself so much. You’re truly curating your own scent. You have 30 scents to choose from, and can mix up to 9 of them to create your very own unique perfume. I felt like a chemist and artist all at the same time! I’m totally obsessed with how my final product came out, and it comes in a sleek and classy bottle. 10/10 recommended!!

The class was in a beautiful space and led by a truly wonderful teacher. It was fun, easy to follow, and had a lot of options to create unique candle scents and creative labels!

The teacher was amazing so engaging & funny. The selection of fragrances were amazing & there’s a nice selection of holders to choose from, my candle smells amazing. I loved the space very cozy, it felt like I was hanging out with friends. Will definitely recommend to friends.

This class was AMAZING!!!!! Christian taught our class and he was so thorough and hilarious. There are so many scents to choose from to make the perfect combination. It isn’t a in and out rushed experience, but you will actually enjoy your time there! 10/10 no notes!

I highly recommend taking a class at “Nose Best Candles”. I had an amazing experience making my first candle. My instructor was extremely patient and explained the process in depth and never rushed the class along. If you are looking for an educational, unique and fun class to take I highly recommend this experience.

Our candle making experience was fantastic. Every detail was considered, from the speakeasy vibe to the fun board games we played while waiting for the wax to cool. The owners are so friendly and kind. If you're looking for a fun, personalized activity to do solo or with a group, couldn't recommend this enough!

Took the full moon candle class and it was amazing. The candle scents are all delicious - it was so hard to choose. And the instructions are all incredibly clear. For this particular class, we were able to get tarot readings and to set intentions / pull affirmations for the new moon. 10/10 would recommend!

Attended the candle making class with 5 friends for our friend’s birthday and we loved the experience from start to finish. The space is intimate and cozy with heavy drapes, warm lamps, and disco balls. The owners/hosts were warm, funny, and guided us all on our candle making journey in the most fun way possible. The candle jar selection was stunning, the scents we got to try and mix were luxurious (my fave part), and the surrounding area has some really cute spots to walk around to while the candles dry and are packaged. We also had the option to stay and play games at our table that they provided. Would 100% recommend as a solo, couple, or group activity!

I really enjoyed this class! I actually don’t really like candles because many are too fragranced, that they give me a headache. It was such a treat being able to pick my own scent for the candle, how strong I want it to be, and make it something I really like! Chris is hilarious and was a delight to have as an instructor during this entire process. I took this class nearly 3 weeks ago, and I’m still obsessed (and proud) of my candle and the experience I had! I would totally come back here again with a friend to make another.
