What a great experience! My daughters gave me a gift card and we went together to build my hat. We had so much fun! I love my new hat and wear it everywhere! I’d wanted to do this for a few years (hence the gentle nudge from my daughters). My advice is don’t put it off.

They were so incredibly friendly and flexible with us for timing as we were running a little behind, and knew of all the fun places nearby to stop and grab lunch/hangout. During the hat making process they gave us the quick rundown of how things are done then gave us the freedoms to really go wild with selections. Afterwards they helped us to curate the most perfect hats that complemented each individual personality. It was so much fun to have our own private room, champagne and music!
